darkstar_legend Posted May 30, 2006 Share Posted May 30, 2006 I totally agree here.Silkworms is a fucking gem.The lyrics are awesome and the sound...well, for the first 2 minutes or so, I was absolutely enthralled.If there's any negatives, it would be that it's too spastic at times.The drums and guitars are well done but the "sound effects" tend to ruin the momentum of the song - especially the ones that come on after the first 2 minutes.I really like the intro - always reminds me of the video arcade.If there's a song that I'd like to hear a studio version of, it would be Silkworms.In it's current form, I don't think it's good enough to be released as it is.Having said that, it would totally suck if they stop working on the song altogether.
