frobscottle
I used to use the likes of SpyBot to prevent and get rid of Spyware - now I just use Microsoft's own.Microsoft's own is free to download to Windows users (note: it's still on a BETA stage)...it's picked up on stuff the "other" spyware progs haven't!Click here to download it!And just to back up what Christer Axl said: if you have two anti-virus progs running at the same time, they will most likely conflict with each other and actually leave you more susceptible to problems! It's like running Windows own firewall along with Norton....it won't work!
