"You got no right" sounds just like STP to me ^_^

Yeah, bit of Sour Girl (another awesome song from No.4) vibe about it.

The jump in tempo at the 1:50 mark really gives it an extra kick, though.

sour girl is probably my favourite STP song. sometihng about it, so different! scott needs to go down that route again

Cherry, he does sound like David, that's why I like him so much.

The version with Cyndi is actually the first I heard of it, good performance. You have to admire her energy.

i admire everything about cyndi lauper, she's incredible.

scott has always said how much of an inlfuence david bowie is on his work. i think sometimes he tries to hard to sound like him, he sounds great - but its not genuine in my opinion. early STP sounds like eddie vedder or something, but i think that's his voice.

I'd say it lies somewhere inbetween, I do think he's alot more nasal than Bowie. On something like "Wish You Were Here" he sounds just like David though. Bowie uses alot of vibrato in his lower register, and it's very recognizable. So when Scott goes "So you think you can Te-he-hell" he sounds quite like Bowie.

Cyndi is great, her voice is so strong and her songs were blatantly feminist during a time of conformity and materialism. This girl I am sort of in love with admires her alot.

ok, I've just watched it and quite frankly Ohdistortedsmile1789 comment about all of axl's post 1994 stuff being inferior is laughable. Nothing excites me about Scott Weiland or any of his musical endeavours.

I wouldn't judge from that video.
