You have to admire her energy.i admire everything about cyndi lauper, she's incredible. scott has always said how much of an inlfuence david bowie is on his work. i think sometimes he tries to hard to sound like him, he sounds great - but its not genuine in my opinion. early STP sounds like eddie vedder or something, but i think that's his voice. On something like "Wish You Were Here" he sounds just like David though. Bowie uses alot of vibrato in his lower register, and it's very recognizable. So when Scott goes "So you think you can Te-he-hell" he sounds quite like Bowie.Cyndi is great, her voice is so strong and her songs were blatantly feminist during a time of conformity and materialism.
