So I saw him yesterday on Wayne's World and thought he was the shit. His attitude, his music, his lyrics, his look, everything. I wanna start listening to this guy.

So, any particular song recommendations you want to give me?

Thanks

Hey Stoopid, Schools Out, Poison. he's actually on UY1, that one song called the garden.

He's awesome! You should buy atleast Trash and some collection of his earlier work to get started ^_^

Yeah!

you should buy Greatest Hits (71-73) and Super hits (89-94) B)

Super Hits'd be the better i think in terms of Waynes Worldish shit

Everybody here probably knows I love Alice. I even have a shrine in my closet ^_^.

Alice Cooper is to be appreciated through FULL ALBUMS. There were three main Alice eras, the early Cooper (which was really a band called Alice Cooper), which is stuff like "School's Out", lots of riffage and soloing etc. Then you have pop-metal Alice, which has a lot of pop concessions but the songs still maintain true Alice Identity, you might've heard 'Poison'. The other Alice(es) were/are industrial/experimental, etc. etc.

Recommended Albums:

Alice Cooper band:

Killer

School's Out

Billion Dollar Babies

Solo-era Cooper:

Welcome to My Nightmare

Trash

Hey Stoopid

The Last Temptation

Desperado.

Yeah what is it?

:P

The Definitive is a good album - not sure if it's a compilation though.

Yeah it's the best songs from 71-92 this is something you should buy if you want to start listen to Alice ;) but its bad that Only Women Bleed is cut down to 3 min because it should be 5 min and some other songs are cut too but its realy good B)

No one said Under My Wheels yet! You need to listen to that one.

Yeah greate lyric :P

I just listened to Poison and I can't fucking believe it. I love that song.

It made me so happy when he sung that for the encore at Monsters of Rock. Everyone in the crowd was singing along. :) It must be one of the most perfectly constructed pop rock songs.

It was great thanks! It was at the Milton Keynes Bowl on a really sunny day. I liked Roadstar and Deep Purple were amazing. It's a shame I missed Black Night to get the last train, but they played Highway Star and Hush. :) And Alice did his traditional guillotine act which was funny. I'd definately recommend it next year as good value for money.

Coop fans...the Nightmare Returns home video (that's been hard to find for YEARS) is coming out on dvd Aug 1

It's the famous Halloween concert in Detroit 1986!

I pull this one out every year at Halloween...it'll be great to have on dvd!
