Leisure Rules
After watching GNR live 2006 I realized something. I think that Axl needs bigger stages to sing, run, dance. What do you guys think? Edited July 28, 2006 by Yesterdays82

New Rose90
Axl doesn't run all that much anymore anyway so bigger stages wouldn't make a difference. Im glad he doesn't run around as much as he used to because it stops him from sounding out of breathe all the time and instead he sounds wayyyy better than in 02!! rock1

I think that he is born to perform like this!!PEACEHe's not going to do that considering his age and the fact that he no longer wears the bicycle shorts and t-shirt (such as in your avatar). He's going to find it hard moving around greatly in the jeans he wears.
Ridin' the Nightrain
Noo. I like the intimate venues. Stadium shows are meh.He won't be able to be as active as he was in the Illusion days. I loved seeing him run from one end of a stadium to the other whilst keeping the notes perfect as much as anyone - but that's just not possible anymore. He's not going to run around like crazy anymore, but who cares? His voice is amazing right now! As for how big the stage is, It does not matter to me. I just want a U.S. Tour!! I agree with you I wouldn't mind if they played on smaller venues. Might be nicer actually
Calm Like A Bomb
I think that bigger stages would be a great idea because the shows i've seen this year although they were amazing i couldn't help but think about how cramped everything was on stage. With the exception of the Hammerstein and the Hammersmith shows as they were small venues all the other shows seem to have everything squashed together on stage. Markus89
Soo glad they don't have a bigger stage, only means they'll be further away from uss, the fans. I love the stage they have now, i was standing up front both of my shows this year, and they were so close! The UYI stage was too big.
