For Those Doubting The "Roast Lamb" Story ...

Looks like there might be some truth afterall to that much-publicized "roast lamb" story.

Here's another article about Axl's appetite for food - whenever and wherever he wants it.

This article appeared in the Aug. 7 edition of the Sydney MX in the "MX Gloss & Glam" column.

Here's the excerpt that talks about Mr. Rose:

GUNS N' Roses singer Axl Rose hit London club Kabaret's Prophecy late last week and after sinking $9960 of vintage Krug champagne, demanded bosses order in a takeaway, Britain's Daily Mirror reports. "At 4am, he was hungry, but didn't want to leave so the club ordered him crispy duck and spare ribs," a reveller said.

Wasn't this reported somewhere else recently? (Edit: Daily Mirror, it says in the article, i'm a bit retarded)

I don't really see how the two are linked, just coz Axl wanted food that time doesn't mean he delayed a show until he got a full roast, which really wouldn't be a good idea anyway

i dont see how they are linked

the roast lamb story was already denied by Richard, but is completely different where he allegedly refused to go on without the roast lamb.

here he is just out partying and spending ridiculous amounts of money, so obviously the club is gonig to give him whatever he snaps his fingers and asks for.

this is hilarious I mean the mixture of a $10,000 bottle and a $10 takeaway. :P

Not just any takeaway though- he's loving the night and doesnt want to go home, so he just takes control of the whole club and orders a quiet takeaway in.

Clubs-Quiet takeaways....incredible combination.

i just love how he dictates how the clubs are run nowadays. He cracks me up.

Denial.

It's sad, isn't it Madision?

how so?

in one instance, he is refusing to do his job until he has what he wants, making the fans suffer. In the other he is just putting down a lot of money for a good time. I dont see how they are linked. If I had his money, I'd be doing the same shit.

if so..

I could see why the lot of you are being quite skeptical...

the Daily Mirror just seem to make up a lot of their stories. I dont know what the american equivilent would be tho.

He's a fucking rock star, what do people want?

"Today Axl Rose went to bed early after a nice hot chocolate - he was seen to have wrapped up nice and warm and brushed his teeth before bed - unsubstantiated rumours claim Axl said his prayers"

bwahahahaha.. dude, you crack me up
