Takeshi
Take a look at the seating chart for concerts. There is a section 6 and you can see a photo of from that section.

Zint
This gig at MSG is G/A floors. It's usually a formality for G/A tickets to have sections and seat numbers printed on them. You're on the floor,as close as you want to be...in a New York City GnR pit!! New York City LOVES their Guns N Roses...it's gonna be a tight squeeze down front!Yeah, basically everyone wille be sweating, you won't be standing -- youll be leaning on the rest of the crowd, you'll have no say if you are pushed right, left, front, back...its extrememly fun, its a total mess and everyone is loving it. the rest of the crowd and the band really feeds of the crazy bastards on the floor.Even though GNR arent an extrememyl heavy band, they'll be a moshpit somewhere on the floor too, it'tt be insane. bandita
GA is GA, whatever else is on your ticket is only for internal recordkeeping by the venue. It is where sections 1-4 appear on the MSG map, except those 4 sections won't be there. That pit is gonna be mighty dangerous, if you have never been in GA for a GNR show in NY, haha.Be prepared for the crowd surge when the band comes on. Have good footing otherwise you're in trouble!
smokingarthur
My two tickets are right in the middle of it all. Hopefully my NJ tickets will be as good. GNR's "mosh pit" is tame compared to the Pantera shows of my younger days:) Don't even ask me about Slayer...

But I don't doubt you will really have to fight for a good spot at MSG. Just be careful because as I said before, the security is nasty. I even got in a fight with someone at a U2 concert there who shoved me multiple times and I almost got thrown out for it.
