adnan
"P.S.T. 88" is also great. The whole Power Metal album is so much better than the pantera that stole it's sound from Metallica and that New Orleans band.

The whole Power Metal album is so much better than the pantera that stole it's sound from Metallica and that New Orleans band.I wouldn't say they ripped off Metallica at all.Anyways my favorite is probably Cowboys from Hell or just about anything off Far Beyond Driven. moreblack
The album Power Metal is full of some of the best riffs and solos of Dimebag's entire career, and Phil hits notes on that album that he never could again. I swear, that album could definitely give Judas Priest's Painkiller a run for its money.

King Dick
never got into the pre-phil anselmo pantera where they were all glam looking. Cowboys from Hell, Vulgar Display, and Far Beyond Driven I've been listening to for over a decade now and it never gets old.

I swear, that album could definitely give Judas Priest's Painkiller a run for its money.I really disagree, especially on Phil's voice. He just used a powerful falsetto to hit those notes, which he still recreated on songs like Cemetary Gates. I much prefer the raw, gritty voice he used later. Epic
Anything from Vulgar Display but at the moment Mouth for War. It's just so fucking ballbustingly awesome when the riff starts and the drumming on it is great.
