To someone living in some backwoods area with no record stores around and no access to the internet then maybe. To people living in relatively metropolitan areas with access to the internet than I would say it's scarce. Sure, you can't get it at your local record shop anymore but you can find them on the net if you know where to look. Still a pretty cool item and if you don't have it then why not add it to the ol' collection? Just to add my 2 cents here, the estanged test pressing cd is rare to me.
