2. Does the GNR family all sleep in the same bed? Or maybe bunk beds? Seriously, this whole thing sounds like the Manson Family, with Axl at the head. I think it's safe to say that anything Bach, Del, Robin, Tommy, Bumble, Dizzy say is just a subliminal Axl ass kissing session.

3. Why does it take 15 years to make an album?

4. Why does the GNR camp continue to say the original members never understood the vision of GNR? Funny, last time I checked Slash and Izzy's music was 95% of the setlist and when Axl plays his new tunes, the crowd is bored...funny, maybe they new what was better for GNR than Axl.

5. Why does the GNR camp have to always convince us this is a real band? It's not...musicians come and go like the seasons...Also, a real band releases music and sings the songs THEY wrote live...something this new band has failed to do consistently.

6. How come the greatest band in the universe only paid $3,000 for a website?

7. Why is a release date so difficult?

8. What exactly happened between 2002-2004?

Ummm...creating a thread saying that something represents something it doesn't isn't a "nitpicky little point" in any way, shape or form.

What I get sick of are the people that attack the poster because they cannot attack the post. Whatever you may think of Kaneda, he is usually closer to the truth than the vocal minority want to hear, so you blast away at him. Attack his post. Show why he is wrong. If you can't then move on.

I think whats being said IS fair. If this band does read the messageboards then they know about the rabid hunger for their album.

Instead they get a guy to slate us for being fans and interested in the band, setlist etc.

Why not thank us for supporting them for so long for a change? Why not talk to their fans instead of dissmissing them as sad internet geeks (and so what if some of us are?)

What about letting us know about THEIR album - even if its just to say that it isn't out till next year but thats because they are working so hard on it?

I love the GNR music but seriously it gets more difficult when your support is just so clearly not appreciated.

I'll give my opinion (note the key word there):

1. Sorry, but I've never been to a show where the headliner was on time. And besides, it's just what Del said... "sometime after 10". Who said GNR is late?

2. What the fuck else is the band going to say on their website? It's just like the "Frank is part of GNR" thing that everyone thinks is so fucking hilarious. They're not going to say, "Well, Tommy, Dizzy, Robin, and Ron aren't really part of GNR...we just pay them to show up". This really isn't something worth criticizing at all.

3. Because this is Axl Rose. I guess. Nobody but him knows the answer to this question; I agree, it's ridiculous.

4. I'm pretty sure what this means is that Axl was the one, primarily, who wanted GNR to grow into what it is today. Izzy obviously wasn't all that interested by the time he left, and Slash wanted to go in a different direction.

5. Why is it not a "real" band? It's a vocalist, a drummer, a bassist, and a couple of guitarists...sounds like a band to me. Obviously they're hanging out and enjoying one another's company, hence the party at Snatch, Ron's birthday gathering at Axl's place, one of them throwing a bottle at Axl's door and getting into a heated argument with him after the next to last show on the UK tour...all sound like aspects of a band, to me.

6. What would be an acceptable amount for you?

7. Because it's obviously not ready to release, in the eyes of the one dude who matters...Mr. Rose. And if it is, they're witholding it for strategic reasons.

8. Recording, re-recording, remixing, remastering, probably a lot of booze.
