I've been a fan since I was 10 and this will be the fist time that I get to see them in concert!! I've been hearing that GNR have been going on pretty late and I'm wondering if anyone is worried that Scotiabank Place won't let them play that late? I thought Ottawa had some strict bylaws on the time that concerts have to end...but maybe I'm totally out of it! On the Scotiabank website, it specifically says that the show will be over at 11:00 - but I highly doubt that will happen! Does anyone think it will be a problem?Any thoughts/insight would be great!
