Be yourself is class. Also headspin, Lukas is a class song writer. Its all love gets a bit boring, but nevertheless ill be buying this.

Still think they should have picked Magni.

Listening to it more, it is very generic, but that's not a bad thing.

There's a lot of Cheap Trick in the record, as you might've imagined, a couple of hair metal choruses, big riffs, catchy hooks, overall it is generic, but that was pretty much expected, I should think. The ballads are big and entertaining, Lukas' vocals are very, very good, Gilby's guitar is better than I expected, considering the fact that he rarely plays lead even on his own albums.

Overall, the songs are all good, and a couple are excellent, the instrumentalism is generic but still kickass, and overall it's just a good solid pop-rock album ala Cheap Trick.

After all, what did you expect? A masterpiece? I don't think anybody did. This does exceed expectations though and is some of the catchiest pop-rock in over a decade, 4/5!

And Gilby's guitar playing, I'll say it again, is among the best I've heard him do.

Agh, that singer doesn't fit in with what these guys should be doing.

Members of Metallica, Motley, and GnR combine to form this? It sounds like every other overproduced wannabe metal band thats on MTV nowadays. Maybe they should have gotten Sebastian Bach. :P (couldn't have been any worse)

Why do people say this?

It sounds more like Cheap Trick's vein of pop-rock than anything.

I agree. I'm a pretty big Cheap Trick fan. Guess that's why i don't think it's that bad.I don't see what's wrong with some good ol' generic rock n roll anyway. to each their own i guess.

I still think this will be a 1 album, 1 tour thing, then it's done.
