At This Point, An Interview With The Others Is More Interesting

Quite obviously, Axl is the face of the new line-up and always will be.

But while I have hung on for years for some tell all interview, I think I've shifted my focus.

At this point, I'd be more interested in a detailed sit down with Robin or Tommy. Free of the Axl spin and maybe just to provide a window into the last 5 years of madness.

What do you think?

Confidentiality agreements and considering they're all on the Axl payroll would suggest it's highly unlikely they would talk freely or say anything that contradicts Axl's version of events. So, I don't see how this kind of interview would provide any kind of insight.

Oh, I agree.

But I would LOVE to get their opinion "off the record" of their leader through this mess.

Still pretty fucked up they can't even comment once they are out of the mix.

how long are the confidentiality agreements valid for? will we ever see a buckethead "tell all" interview?

Not gonna happen. As Bumblefoot pointed out on Talking Metal, they've had to sign contracts that prohibit them from talking about GnR in interviews, even after they've been fired/quit.

I believe BBS's exact words were, "I'm not allowed to represent the entitity legally known as Guns N' Roses."

(in non-Axl speak, that's a "band")

Thats depressing. :( I guess Axl really does have all the control. Maybe they should change the band name to Axl Rose and the Others.

those lot are sooo confidential and private, i was talking to many mnay unknown members from the GNR camp out side my gig areana many obviously high in the rankings members were in cars walking about with-in the compound. they were trying to convince us Ax had already left (He hadent)

at one point it almost turned into an argument, lets face it they were BS'in me.

(me)......."so Do you ever talk with Axl?" (stupid question i know, just intrested to hear his ansew/reaction)

reply was"........Dude listen he's already gone, ok?"

i dout we'l get any kind of word from anyone..if we do its probs BS once again..

Axl and Merc will say what they wish. N' itl probably stay like that
