HisRoyalSweetness
So last year, we got word from someone who met Pitman that he's been working on a new solo project. There was a quick little blurb about it in TapeOp Magazine... THIS WAS UNDER THE HEADING OF CHRIS PITMAN!!!! Source of Uncertainty- Recording 2007- with Danny Carey (multi=instruments) an Experimental project involving only Devices from pre 1960's. More from TapeOp Magazine Here's some info on Dana Carey -- he was the drummer in Tool and had working relationships with a lot of those Pitman bands like Zaum and Lusk. He went to college in Kansas City, just like Chris. He's big into Jazz, prog rock, and geometric shapes.Check out his official site -- http://www.dannycarey.org/Prettty bad ass.I think the idea of this album sounds really fun. People know Pitman as a technology God. It'll be awesome to see what he does using technology from before 1960. It's really great that Pitman's finding ways to challenge himself creatively. I'm glad all the guys in Pitman's band have had the time to maintain their solo projects. It's gotta make it easier to record and mix the same thirteen songs over and over again for a decade. Montrealer
Madison lets her hatred of me affect her appreciation of Pitman, an artist who's spent years supporting her fantasy lover-boy Axl.Notice how it's only Madison who moves and deletes Pitman threads. Apparently, the other mods recognize the fact that Pitman's as much a part of GNR as Fortus and Tommy, who've been allowed to have similar threads in the main GNR discussion. Madison is angry at the world. Grrrrrr.... Hating Pitman won't make her any thinner though.HRS, don't speak for me. I support Madison 100% in her decision. If I had the power to move it away from that section I would have done the exact same thing. So next time, speak for yourself and not for the other.
