nameless_girl Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 Now this practically never happens to me, even less so with this particular genre, but this damned song has been stuck in my head for about two days, ever since I first listened to it in full. Anyone else think it's absulutely criminally catchy? Hold me. artfromtex Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 (edited) i love Jerry Reed. this isn't one of my favorites, although it is very catchy. it's been used in several ad campaigns.my favorite Jerry Reed song is "Amos Moses". some other good ones are "Guitar Man", "Eastbound and Down", "The Claw", "Lord, Mr. Ford", "She Got The Goldmine (I Got The Shaft)", and "U.S. Male" . he's also an outstanding guitarist. he plays with a unique finger-pickin' style that people call the "claw". he played guitar on a few Elvis songs in the late '60's. cool guy.
