Pretty much any songs off of those albums are great for a listen. If you want a couple songs, I'd recommend:Eggs and SausageBottom of the WorldDowntown TrainRain DogsSingaporePretty much anything off of Rain Dogs is a great place to start. However, if you want a more bluesy/jazz type listen, check out Closing Time or some of his earlier work in the 70s. He's a great artist, so good luck. Bone Machine is also great entry point because it's a mix of his old style and his experimental work that would expand into the last decade. Orphans is a good place to start, too.
