MYGNRFORUM Theme Template Update - Additional Features   09/09/2017

Happy to announce that the upgrades have almost been completed and the new custom theme is available for all users. There are still a few bugs to work out which we hope to have solved over the next day or two.   To use the new template, click on Themes at the bottom left side of the page and click on MYGNRFORUM (New): It is now set to default in case you did not previously changed themes. A new feature of this update are the new reactions to posts.  By click on the like button, users have a choice of five different reactions (two of our own design): Remember, if you GNR like something, make it a dolphin like! Please use the Ask Staff Anything thread with any questions or concerns. Thanks to everyone for your patience and cooperation over the last couple of weeks while we got this done.

  1. All I can say is: FOR ME today's Axl can only be beaten by his younger self. PERIOD. No one else can. When you experience it live, he still moves around, he still dances like only he can, he has that iconic presence that only a few may have, and he sounds good even singing mickeyish, and when he screams, he takes you back to the early 90's. That's all I know.
  2. I enjoyed his playing in the shows I've attended but watching him in the youtube videos I must say I'm quite dissapointed with his playing. He's not playing like his older self...he keeps shredding while loosing his trademark unique melodies. I hope he releases more music with Axl cause in studio he still is his older self
  3. I saw them 3 times this tour. All I can say is that Slash is a live monster, I heard friends of mine telling me how great he is. HOWEVER, I think Axl is hypnotic...I had the chance to see great frontmen like Dickinson, Tyler, even Bach and thought they were all great; bur once you get to see Axl live, you understand why he has the success he has and what he represents; he's just fucking hypnotic, he's a totally living legend. Of course, I believe Slash also is, but I think Axl will always be remembered as one of the very best EVER while Slash is a great guitarist for us, good for others. That being said, they both need each other to become Guns n Roses
