Not that I believe it, but now someone on 4chan is claiming Atlas Shrugged is actually the name of the album, and that the tracklist is:

    1.Oh My God

    2.Hard Skool

    3.Atlas Shrugged

    4.Perhaps

    5.The General

    6.Berlin

    7.Seven

    8.In This Grave

    9.Absurd

    10.Thyme

I think where this person blew any shred of passing this off as being believable was including Oh My God ( and its the first song  )

Place your bets. Come tomorrow, will the band/Team Brazil/the label:

    A) acknowledge any of this

    B) tuck their heads in the sand and ignore it

    C) rush release the single to online retailers.

    D) Punish the fans some more and cancel the release completely.

I don't think they'll cancel the release, that would be a bigger screw up than whats happened so far. So I think A.B or C are possible.

Imagine if this band had really good management how much different this release ( or whatever this is) would have happened . When it actually does get officially released properly is this song going to go in any play rotation on Sirius/ XM/ terrestrial radio stations? I think GNR is capable of being more currently relevant than it is if the promotion was handled better with new music because even the redone  CD leftovers are very very good IMO..

  3. I haven't been on this forum in ages, somehow I remembered my login info. But Perhaps sent me here....lol

At first listen its a good song, I couldn't make out any differentiation between what part of the solo was Robin and what was Slash, probably due to the cellphone quality version, no complaints on the solo from me I liked it,   I just don't understand why this band handles new music so badly as far as promotion and release is concerned. Its not like they're young kids who don't know any better.....

Guns N' Roses return to Vegas with 'No Trickery!'

Edna Gundersen, USA TODAY 3:03 a.m. EST February 18, 2014

Two years after its first residency, Guns N' Roses returns with the nine-show 'No Trickery! An Evening of Destruction'.

Fans with an appetite for destruction, here's your new happy meal.

Guns N' Roses is gearing up for a second run at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

The band's return, dubbed No Trickery! An Evening of Destruction, comprises nine shows at The Joint: May 21, 24, 25, 28, 30 and 31 and June 4, 6 and 7.

GNR has crafted a new production to follow up its first engagement at the venue, 2012's loud, eye-popping and hit-packed Appetite for Democracy.

"If some is good, more is better!" Bobby Reynolds, vice president of booking for AEG Live Las Vegas, told USA TODAY. "That's our take on welcoming back Guns N' Roses to The Joint. Our first residency with GNR was fantastic in every way imaginable. The band and the fans loved the venue, and the business was great for everyone else involved. We want all of the Guns N' Roses fans across the globe to come see what one of the iconic rock 'n' roll bands can do when they have the best venue in the world to do it in, in a city made to party. We are gearing up for another epic residency."

Chas Smith, vice president of entertainment for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, weighed in, "We are really looking forward to having one of the true American rock 'n' roll bands back and performing at The Joint. Every time we have Guns N' Roses play in The Joint, it just keeps getting better.

"What more can I say than it's a great honor to have one of the most iconic rock 'n' roll bands in the world coming back to rock The Joint for nine more shows! We are all excited about this next run."

GNR, which has sold more than 100 million albums globally since its formation in 1985, consists of founder/front man Axl Rose, guitarist DJ Ashba, guitarist Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal, guitarist Richard Fortus, bassist Tommy Stinson, keyboardist Dizzy Reed, keyboardist Chris Pitman and drummer Frank Ferrer. The band's most recent album is 2008's Chinese Democracy.

Tickets start at $49.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. PT/1 p.m. ET Friday. To buy tickets, visit the Hard Rock Hotel box office or charge by phone at 888-9-AXS-TIX. For further details, go to HardRockHotel.com or GunsNRoses.com.
