Finally, a glorious show shot on 35mm film released! This is demo material for the greatest rock n' roll band to exist.

Is the time in this thread off? On the official festival site they list GN'R as on at 22:25. In Mexico City's time zone, that's about 5 hours from now.

Selling 2 tickets for 7/24 NJ show, section 113, row 13. These are $314 on Ticketmaster but I will sell them for $200 each! Great seats and on Slash's side.

I paid $314 from Ticketmaster for these July 24th MetLife tickets (official prices after fees) but I will sell these to a fan for $285 each all in.

I actually have three tickets for the July 23 show but I'm not selling them since I'll be there! I bought them at resale prices and of course ticketmaster recently released more tickets like they always do... "Sold Out" never really means sold out..

Does anyone have any extra level 1 tickets to sell? I missed out on the early sales and am kicking myself for it.

Thanks for posting this. I'm sure most have seen the backstage footage already as it's included in the "Riot Show" bootlegs but this was a decent documentary on the incident. It was funny to see that Stump (the fan Axl jumped after) asked Axl for his autograph after the court proceedings.

thanks Russ, I check in because I care. It won't be as often, because we are loaded with other new projects, but will check in when we can. When you have it in 5.1 mode, the speaker placement, speaker separation, size of room, and ambiance could also be a factor, but the time codes are in line. Thank you, peace.

Exactly. People need to realize there's a lot of variables in their setups like input delay on their display as well as speaker distance settings in ones surround sound setups that would need to be calibrated and they shouldn't be quick to blame the Blu-ray mastering.

I should be getting my copy tomorrow and can't wait to watch it on my projector and 5.1 system with DTS HD audio! I'll report back after watching it but I don't expect to have any problems with it.

I'm wondering if this will be available at retail stores in Canada (Best Buy, Wal-Mart, etc.) on July 1 or is Amazon.ca our only option for the Blu-ray at the moment?

I agree 100%, I was at the Moncton show and Axl was way more into it... plus I seen them giving out passes to their after-show party so who knows how late they partied after the show. They had a night to relax and rest before the Moncton show (apparently at St James Gate in Moncton according to his twitter) but the Halifax show was on the end of a back to back, maybe he was a bit drained... I don't know like you said sometimes it's just the way it comes across on the video.

Either way it looked like a wicked show!!

It sounded like a great crowd too!

The after party in Halifax went until after 7am, good times!

If there was a warm up band for GNR (I hope there isn't unless that increases the length of the concert) who do you think it would be? Im not too fimiliar with the local scene around here.

UPDATE!!! Rumors of Sebastian Bach of Skid Row, and Papa Roach as warm up's!

Baz is scheduled to play for the entire tour, but Papa Roach is supposed to be ending on Nov. 3. Not sure who else they will get. Either way, it's gonna be one hell of a show in Halifax.

I'm sure lots of the fans will be down for a pre/after party. Maybe post this on HTGTH as well in the Halfiax thread. I know the 5 people I'm going with will be interested.

Yes, you're right, but that seems to have been a typo. The same guy then posted on HTGTH with "sewenuj6"

Yeah, I'm aware it's still an anagram. But it appears the posters intention was to reverse "6 june wes"
