I geuss what I meant was Deep Purple rocks but not the way Led Zepp or Black Sabbath. Its totally different. Yes DP does rock Machine Head is cool but I geuss what turns me off to DP is Tokoyo, it drives me crazy... but Smoke on the Water is rock yea...

the last 10 years there has been no real rock n roll bands, and finally it looks like rock n roll bands are making a comback. bands like brides of destruction, velvet relover even the darkness and audioslave are really brings back the old rock sound. but thats just what i think!

I don't like Greenday. So I don't listen to them. And I don't insult them for no reason. You'd have a damn fit if some Greenday fan insulted Guns N' Roses or whatever crap you like, and you're doing the same thing.

I just like how everyone here have been totally bashing people who like the older music and then the second we start saying something bad about new music we can't have that. Oh no! But I see what your saying that's not really me to yell about things or say bad stuff but I really don't like green day for what they stand for not for their music!! I hate how they hate the US and that drives me crazy so I think it's fine if I say greenday can kiss my ass

ok, I like SOME of todays stuff but not much of it though. I also like a few people and bands from the 70's. So i do like more than one decade of music and the 80's music I like are similar artist to GN'R. Just though I'd clear that up.

Don't give in to what other people say. Like whatever kind of music you want and say whatever you want to say. Who cares what other people think and besides if you were just making a generalization with your first post in this thread and other people take it to literally it's not your fault. Anyhow if you had to explain yourself completly in every thread that would make the whole entire site five thousand times bigger, and if people misinterpret what you say and talk shit to you them
