What time are people expecting them to take the stage given the curfew? 8:30? Seeing how they usually perform for about 2.5 hours, I guess they would almost have to start around then.

2nd show added for 7/20/2016. Tickets go on sale Saturday at 10 am.

Going! Club 7 Row 5! Very excited, especially after the Las Vegas performances.

I was actually disappointed that DOTF was played instead of Rocket Queen. I would have preferred a GNR staple than a 3rd cover song.

The crowd last nite was into the solos. So who really cares
I was there. The solos got good ovations (especially Dizzy's), but the atmosphere definately changed after the first one. There was not a person sitting until the very first solo. Everyone was on their feet. It wasn't until the first solo that almost everone sat down and the majority never got back on their feet. Again, good reations, but something definately happeend to the atmosphere during those solos and it wasn't for the better.

Axl must know that all these solos are bringing shows down as everyone almost unanimously mentions it as one of the negatives of the shows. They are momentum killers and make setlists feel disjointed. I wonder why he insists on doing them.
At first I thought maybe it was a way to introduce members of the band, but in the Boston '02 concert, I only remember the Buckethead solo.

there were solos.
And they really brought the show down.

Right when the boos started for late beginning, the houselights went off and away we went! Good timing there.
I should say that the Beautiful solo sucked the life out of the crwod. Up until then, everyone was standing. Once Beuatiful started, most sat down and never returned to their feet. Not for Nightrain, not for Paradise City. Don't get me wrong, the crowd was still making a good deal of noise but that really seemed to bring the concert down a notch. Other than that, my only real disappointment was no Rocket Queen (I have given up hoping for Estranged or Civil War).
The sound problem was really evident during IRS where Axl was basically inaudible for the later part of the song.
And I would say about 80 - 85% filled.
Overall, I would say it was a really good show (but I feel the Boston one in 2002 was better if only for the fact it had far less solos and intermissions). Axl and the band really nailed LATD, KOHD, SCOM, OTGM, Madagascar, Nightrain (although at the end of this song, the band was so loud, you couldn't hear Axl come back in for the vocals [it could be the crappy sound guy again, though]), and Paradise City.

Got in a few minutes ago. What and event! Easily the best concert I have ever been to. All my friends (some diehard GnR fans and some more casual fans) all commented how it was the best concert they have also been to as well. There was just so much energy and passion from the band from beginning to end.
When you watch a YouTube video of a few songs, it is easy to nitpick a few notes here and there. But when you experience a 2:45 hour show from beginning to rocking end, these minor nits mean nothing in the grand scheme of things. They are so trivial it probably isn't even fair to bring them up, let alone dwell on them or make them out to something of failure on the part of the band. Yes, Slash messed up a couple times and Axl missed a cue once or twice. But the fact that you can count these missteps on one hand for such a long performance just shows how much they are taking this seriously and how professional they are. And when I look back on this show, I won't remember the couple miscues, but rather the onslaught of attitude, aggression, and passion from my favorite band.
If you were on the fence about seeing them, don't be.
