No, I don't know why he said he didn't want to deal with them after Coachella. I can only assume. I'm just sharing what I know for a fact.

I believe you, but missing 2 dates in the middle (mexico) seems fucking weird?
Yeah that's a different deal so I don't know anything about Mexico. I also don't know anything about new music. I do know that is he is locked in for Vegas and Coachella. As a 3 weeks ago the drummer was still TBD.

Oh ok, I hope that they are not 'high' on substances.
Lol. Nope. There are two sides to the negotiations. My source is at the top of one of the sides.

My source is about as high as you can get outside of the band. It's 100%

Izzy has already signed a contract for Vegas and Coachella. That's a fact. After Cochella he said he does not want to deal with them anymore. His words.

It seems unusual to miss the two shows in Mexico in the middle of all of this?
The Mexico shows are a different promoter so nothing was said about them. I just know that he signed for both Vegas and Coachella. Izzy said after Cochella he doesn't want to deal with them anymore. Straight out of his mouth.

The drummer is still TBD as of 7 days ago.

Izzy has signed on for both Vegas shows and Coachella. He won't do any shows after that. His negotiations were finalized a week ago.

1986, when I first heard a bootleg
That's awesome. Tell us more. I think you have most people on here beat by a few years except Marc Canter.
I was sent a few early tapes in late 85-86 from LA and I was blown away. Still have them....

He's just ripping people off
I am surprised more people aren't upset about that aspect.
By "playing his way" into shape so to speak, he is all but announcing that this first batch of shows are full priced practice sessions because he clearly spent zero time preparing on his own before hand.
Oh for Christ sake. Seriously, quit whining about that. Bands always get tighter, singers always get in better shape as the tour progresses. No amount of vocal exercises can mimic the rigors of a live show and touring schedule.
Ali
he should've rehearsed. it's fucking inexcusable to be that woefully unprepared.
agreed. rehearse, exercise, prepare. find your fucking priority.

ginger tubby can't hold a note
Ugh, too far and not funny
bullshit. He shows up completely out of shape, vocals and body. Both need conditioning. He's just ripping people off and making a mockery his legend.
Alright, that's cool..
Your last comment was just really rude
Just like every other fan...I want him to be good.

Show: Guns N' Roses at Myriad Arena, Oklahoma City, OK April 6th 1992
I caught Matt's drumstick right after his drum solo and need to clear out some collectables. I have the ticket to demonstrate the date/show if asked. Anyone interested?
It has the GNR logo and his name imprinted on it.

It would be great if it was real and it did get shared, but the latter seems extremely unlikely.

I watched the show too. Pretty cool. Is this a circulating jam session? I didn't say anything more about it.
