Well one song is called TWAT so I guess he's still not grown out of swearing yet.
I don't think it'll be as bad as previous albums, some swearing is fine, but I hope there's nothing like get in the ring teenage angst bull shit in there. I imagine it'll contain the least swearing out of all the other GnR albums.

Yeah I can't see a high profile person such as Axl on Jonathon Ross.
i really disagree with that over the years axl has lost a lot of credibilty and needs to get off his arse and work when this albums out he needs as much exposure as possibe and take a look at jonathons guests theres not many hi profile people he hasnt interviewed
and that show reaches mi8llions
I think after 15+ yrs of waiting for an album Axl owes it to his fans to give the band as much exposure as possible!

Jonathan Ross would be awesome! Though I don't know what Axl's reaction would be to Ross's questions and sometimes he takes the piss out of guests.
I don't think the Jonathan Ross interview would make it out of the Green Room!
Plus Jonathan Ross hated VR at Live 8! Judging by his usual choice of musical guests I doubt he's a Guns fan!

Personally, after seeing both drummers live I prefer 'Frank' but neither of them come close to 'Sorum'.. So who cares who stays and who goes! As long as the don't replace the singer.. Bothered!

But when your there it doesn't matter.. I just hope he's spent these past fifteen years perfecting his vocals as well as the music!

I think his voice is actually better, well on the European tour at least...no seriously. Listen to him on Nightrain or doing the long scream near the end of KOHD- he does that better than he ever did. The old Axl used to scream out the vocal with raw power, but the new Axl, from a technical perspective, is a more accomplished singer.
I think fitness is the key here. If he runs around the stage and gets out of breath he can't do the rasp as well and sings off-key. Standing still his voice can be spectacular.

Don't get me wrong.. Axl used to be the greatest rock n' roll singer/front man of all time..
But now
If you compare his voice from 93' till now you'll notice it's quite a bit higher and I'm not talking about his range.. I'm talking about his tone! Speaking voice included! This is because at some time between 93' and now he has damaged the bass end of his vocal chords.. Hense the lack of control and weak quality to his voice.. and notable change in pitch!
Doubt it? Listen to Donnington or his recent 'Do you know where the fuck you are from the VMA's! All treble no base!
There is many thing you can be critical to Guns N Roses(The painful solos, the setlist, no interview with Axl Rose, etc) But hes voice is great now. I dont say its as good as it was in 88-93, but very close to. When people nowadays are critical to Axls voice i can say one thing for sure-Go see a show!
