when i was younger i went through an Abba stage (thanks to my mum, lol)

now y'know i wont just think oh ill listen to Abba but i wouldnt object to someone putting on a CD

Youre Crazy grew on me, aswell as Coma

i prefer the kinks

Im always looking for new and different bands to listen to, as im sure a lot of people here are, and we all like sharing great bands that we have found, and since we all have at least one band in common, i thought i would start this thread

so name bands, that are not as well known, quite new, underrated bands, and well you get the picture,

and please give us what kind of genre, and a little information if you want, (aswell as things like websites ect. )

you should, but my advice is to listen to it a few times first,

I found it hard to chose but i had to go for AC/DC, although i love Queen aswell

When I first listened to the new album, i wasnt overly impressed, but it really has grown on me

My favourite songs are Hazel Eyes, Bald, Girlfriend, English Country Garden, Is it Just Me?, Dinner Lady Arms

the only song i dont really like is Blind Man

LIOAF isnt one of my favourite The Darkness songs, but its not the worst

I love The Darkness, i think you need to listen to the songs they havent released to actually say whether you like them or not, cos songs on the Album (e.g. Black Shuck, Love on the rocks) sound nothing like say I believe in a thing called love

but they are a good solid rock band, and im sure they will do fantastic in the years to come

the single one way ticket is out now, the album on monday (worldwide, except the US which is tuesday)

From what ive heard of the new album, Hazel Eyes, Dinner Lady Arms are great songs!

Never got round to buying it. And from what I've heard of it, I don't have much desire to.
