and i just baed my opinion on This I Love being on there from some RS articles and interviews with Axl from like 99 i believe

There is little doubt in my mind that Axl has been able to pull of the rasp since the 80s. But in 2002 he choose to try and be something he's not. Just sing with a high pitch clean sound. Unfortunate for him it was a major set back.

And I do think he originally planned that the "micky mouse on helium" voice would be on chinese democracy. But he changed that after the reveiws and talk on the net after 2002.

I also think he was exploring that option becouse it don't wear out and damages his voice as much as the rasp does.

I didn't even know this show was still on the air. I guess it is. Anyway, any mention of Axl on shows like this is a good thing, IMO. When he's only mentioned for negative things (ie: Who hasn't released an album in 15 years?), thats bad. But the Hilfinger thing is totally harmless.

By the way, who is the host? Regis doesn't do it anymore does he?

hahaha i read the part in bold before actually reading the date when this article was originally published so when i got to the part where it said "Ford said that Slash, a member of Guns N' Roses, called "out of the blue" on Monday and Tuesday offered him a spot in the band's touring lineup" i was all about to be go crazy and all "AHHHHH HE SAID SLASH CALLED HIM FROM GUNS N' ROSES!!! HE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW SLASH HASN'T BEEN IN THE BAND FOR YEARS!! WHAT A F'KING LIAR!!!! CRUCIFYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!" hahaha and then i saw "November, 16th, 1991." Haha I thought this was all present day.
