I copy and pasted my post from HTGTH:
That show was sooo awesome. I haven't been to a show with pyro before.
Meghan! Your pictures are so awesome. By 3:20 am, I was totally passed out. I give you props for staying up, you lucky girl
My seat was up in the upper balcony in row M but it was still a decent view. I didn't have to look over people's heads (I'm 5' 2"). My friend bought a couple of drinks and I had a few sips. I really shouldn't have because I got a huge headache and it didn't mix very well with my jetlag since I could barely keep my eyes open for a good quarter of the show. That's besides the point, haha, I've learned my lesson. I loved when Scott Ian came out during Baz's opening. "Rock is a SAVAGE ANIMAL." Then Guns came out. Everyone was completely mesmerized by the band. My Michelle with Baz was great of course. I was surprised that they played Rocket Queen. I've always wanted to hear it live. I did find it peculiar that Axl kept running backstage during a lot of the solos. I thought he would get on the platform and jump off.
A lot of my pictures came out blurry so here are the best out of the bunch. I took out quite a few because of the post restriction. :
Blurry Scott Ian:
My favorite shot. I'm using it as my desktop wallpaper
A great shot of Axl but Baz is busy headbanging:
My other favorite:
Another great one. Looks like Axl's doing some kind of jig, :hihi:
Sorry for those who have slow Internet connections!
Here's the whole album: http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/0803/Jen...ses%2009-21-06/
I should've grabbed one of those Warfield posters but my friend was walking away pretty quickly and I didn't want to lose her and I don't think they had many left anyway . Did anyone get an extra? I'd be so grateful .

My brother goes to school in SF and he just walked past the venue and called me. I heard an eruption of applause. They're starting "early" I guess, haha.

I checked out the seating capacity at the Warfield and saw it was 1,000. Can that be right?
The Warfield's a relatively small venue anyway. My friend called and asked for the seating capacity before. I can't remember but I think she said it was 1,500.

I'll be up in the balcony

It was gradual for me, too. I was listening to "Welcome to the Jungle". I sort of felt obligated to at first (long story). Then I listened to "November Rain" and GnR appealed more to me than ever. I think it took about a month to realize what a freakin awesome band it was and along came the smorgasbord of albums . I've been in love ever since

Ooh, what an exciting story!

Good to see that Axl is having a good time.
Is it just me or is his chest really really pink.
I've been thinking that, too. Staying out in the sun too much?
Rosario Dawson's a lucky lady.

O0o0o0 thanks for sharing that. Izzy still looks very awesome.

Thank you, angel of music I have nooo problem waiting. I'll re-up some extra links, too, after I download it.

Has anyone noticed how much Slash loves to say the phrase, "All things considered.." before he goes into an explanation about something.
I've also noticed that in ALL of Slash's interviews. It's just his Slashness
Rarrr, my recorder thingy ran out of room. Damn those long ass commercials, ugh. I'm counting on the other people's recordings now, thaaaanks.

Awww all this mom talk is so cute

Try this: 1 877.900.1031
I gotta go entertain guests, ughhh.

Thanks for uploading! I'm still grateful for this audio regardless of poor karaoke skills. Sometimes you just gotta take things as they come...unless something better comes along
What a woozie XD

Nice video! Damn those sing-alongers! Axl sounds surprisingly good.
-
Gaaaah Izzy. It's times like these that I hate living on the west coast I'm glad the boys are kicking major asses now though.
-
Thanks for uploading! I was spazzing out a bit when Axl was walking through the door. Oh that Baz. His giddiness is infectious. Axl got funnier over the years, yay! I'd so wanna hear that acoustic version of "It's So Easy". Sounds like good times

I like it Nice job to you and the other guys.

Ever Cried
in 2006
I've cried to "Don't Cry", too. That was so intense. One hell of a rough patch to get through.

Happy birthday, Axl You have been one of the most influential people in music. I will never swagger the same way again. --Jenn

Aww, Izzy's so cute. Poor Steven, always neglected.
I love it

I'm having mixed feelings Anyway, I'm just glad to see Axl's still very much alive. I think it's hilarious he was with Good Charlotte. I actually saw them at the Bridge School Benefit last year (not for them!). It was just the twin dudes with acoustic guitars. They didn't exactly make my ears bleed but I wouldn't voluntarily go and see them. It was like all these legendary people and then...Good Charlotte.

Haha, when I took the picture of Robin, I was like, "Damn, it's a good picture except someone's head is taking up half of it." I'm glad I was able to decorate your desktop Actually, your head might be in more than one.
