Sucks. I've been on here every day since I joined. As much bitching goes on in this forum, it is way worse on others. Thanks to everyone for posting and the admins for keeping it going as long as it did.

Footage is pretty good but I'd like to wait for a pro shot to actually burn. We should get some of that on the Euro leg shouldnt we? I believe they are doing a festival or two so heres hoping......

I agree, I think Alice in Chains would be good. They are doing their own tour now, but definitely not the venues that GNR would pull.

Youre right, it took way too much time out of my day to note something that happened the night of this gig. Albeit minor, I felt it was relevant to this thread.

A buddy of mine that works at the hotel the band stayed at said Axl was vomiting and that "they" destroyed the 2nd floor. He didn't have to work that night so I would assume this is not from his own eyes. I know this forum is all about credibility, but I had to laugh when my friend told me about this. I don't post much but felt I should relay this to everyone else.

I thought Baz did have to fill in for Axl at Wembley. I saw the vidz, he did do it. Baz said he was glad there was a teleprompter cause its a hard song. Not sure if it was '02 though.

It really took me a while to let Robin grow on me. Love DJ though. No more choppy shit from Robin. Love DJs tone, feel, etc. DJ>Robin for this band live.

Badass show, Axl's voice was phenomenal for the first 4 songs, he backed of a little for the next few. Although the attendance was not very substantial, still put on a great show. Loved the minor changes, and all of the new songs were played minus TWAT. Ended up catching the drumstick at the end of the show as well. All in all great show.

Probably just gonna pregame in the parking lot for a little bit. I may or may not have work/class to go to at NC State. But we'll definitely make it to the parking lot in time for some quality tailgating.

pretty sure its Papa Roach, how pumped are you gonna be for that. And I think Bach will open up for Papa Roach, looking forward to Baz much more than papa roach. Tough to tell on a forum but I am being extremely sarcastic about Papa Roach. I hope that when I get there early to get in the front of the floor people wont be going nuts for them. Papa Roach is a joke, just relax and save your energy for the real show.

I know this site is all about credibility and I have none. However, I was told a story about a guy that used to be a sound technician and eventually went on tour with acts such as Van Halen, Prince, GNR, AC/DC, etc. I was told tons of stories about a lot of the bands he worked with. Most of the crazy ones were from VH. Apparently Prince is more of a dick and perfectionist than Axl and this sound tech told Prince it was his way or he walked and Prince kept him. He said Axl was an ass/perfectionist/difficult to deal with but he knew where he was coming from in terms of just wanting it to sound the best. He also said that the first time Axl threw his mic into the crowd that he was trying to throw it at the sound guy because something was screwed up and he got pissed. The sound tech actually caught the mic and Axl has been throwing his mic ever since. I actually believe all of the stories besides the mic throwing. I'm skeptical on that one.
