Beyonce didn't cancel, she postponed it til October and so far it is selling decently. GnR is a legendary act, while Beyonce is a relevant popstar and caters to a different demographic so they are in two completely different lanes.

And I wouldn't worry about GnR's attendance, if you saw the map I posted a few comments ago there are only nosebleeds left while all the other sections sold really well. I actually wouldn't be surprised if it sold out completely as a result.

Stapleton is a big draw in Nashville also

Anyone know somewhere near by that's cheap to park? Or even better, free? A Walmart or something maybe?

Very doubtful you will find any free parking. Best option is to park downtown at one of the garages (I think 4th Ave.). It's usually $10.00 for events. There are also pay lots around 2nd ave that are around $20.00. It's a pretty easy walk across the pedestrian bridge to the stadium and it's a hell of a lot easier to walk out than drive out from the stadium parking (traffic is hell coming out of the stadium lots). Most all of the bars are Downtown on 2nd Ave, Printers Alley, and Broadway.

    I'm in section 210, Row E. Can't wait.

  3. I am not going to be able to go to Rock On The Range if anyone is interested in buying my tickets. I have the Zippo Fan Package which includes (2) tickets for all 3 days + (2) ROTR Zippo lighters + (2) Meal & Beverage vouchers for each day. Just search Ebay for "Rock On The Range Zippo" to find the listing and place a bid. Tickets are stadium GA.

  5. Off all the interviews this was the best one since the chats in the forums. I really liked to hear Axl's side.

The only thing i found unfunny and crazy was the multiple choice parts. That was totally out there lol

Wish he would come back and chat again. I'm most interested in the future, working songs, etc. than rehashing Slash shit.

  6. Is this the most likely scenario? Did Axl and management believe they would be showing plenty of new era stuff and were somehow duped into agreeing to a 5hr nostalgia fest?

Or have Slash n Duff got involved as the other two stakeholders in old guns material? Might they have had objections?

Any thoughts? Are we going to see a new lawsuit being launched soon?

If old guns are pissed, then they shouldn't have quit the band in the first place.

  7. I like both and would go see either line-up.

It was easier to want a reunion a few years back, but now I really like the new band and would love to see them record together. We are winners either way in my opinon.
