  1. Ohhhh how I love the excitement of possible new leaks. Reminds me of 2006 all over again. I really wish someone would just upload these discs from behind a VPN. These are 20 year old demos ffs. I’m still hoping it happens. Hearing more of hard school (checkmate) really got me jacked up.

Hell i I would’ve spent the $1000 for the box set if it came with these CDs. Something I’d actually like to hear

I already ordered mine last week as soon as it dropped on the website!  Can't wait to rock it!  I will have the best (non-ugly) sweater at every party!

I got a coupon-code from GN'R merch for free shipping. Went to order the holiday sweater and it turns out the coupon code only works for the USA. Couldn't bring myself to pay $20 shipping on a $48 sweater.

If anyone wants free-shipping from the online store (and you live in the US) I have a code you can have.

    Are you going both dates?

Yup! That's the plan so far.

Congrats to both of you. I still have not recieved any email from Alan

Im going to wait for a few more hours cause he has replied me late before too. But there are high chances that I didn't win

@EverythingWasRoses i would love to have one man. How im i going to pay you?

According to Alan, he will send me an "e-voucher (as .pdf file via email)". I think I could probably just send you the .pdf and you can claim the ticket from a 7/11 in Japan. A PayPal payment would work for me if it works for you. Hopefully you'll still get one from the lottery, but I should have at least one extra ticket either way.

So One more day to go.....

I got an email just now from Alan and my lottery results were positive! I have 2x VIP Standing tickets for both the 28th and 29th.

The person I am supposed to go with may be having second thoughts now, so if you want a VIP standing ticket and aren't successful in the lottery, I could probably sell you one of mine.

It would take a while to flip 100 of those. You wouldn't sell them all at the same price either....

Hope they put limits on them the next go around. Or maybe even something involved with Nightrain memberships on top. Otherwise the band should be selling them at 300 bucks a pop.

I would love to see a a limited re-printing run of all the designs. Sell them on the online store for $50 a pop. That seems easily do-able and like easy money for the band.

    Zoso,

You mentioned a GNR subreddit. I'm not super familiar with that site, I always found it hard to navigate. Have you seen lithos for sale by users on that site? I'm dying for a KC litho still, and nothings coming up on ebay. At this point if someone who had the equipment could print out a high resolution copy of the KC litho on poster size paper I would pay them $100 for the effort even though it would be a replica.

I haven't seen anyone offering a KC litho since right after the show. Either on reddit or ebay. I would also be interested in a high-quality replica.

Someone must have one and be able to take it to Kinko's?

The ones in Viagogo are VERY Expensive, I have a feeling that the other website you shared might be of some help, Im not getting my hopes up too high, but I hope something good happens.

I just dont want to be conned and go all the way to Japan to find out that my tickets were not real.

You and me both. I have read several positive stories and zero negative about http://www.japanconcerttickets.com

They seem to be legit, the guy speaks perfect English and is very easy to deal with. But the fees aren't all that cheap either. I still feel it's worth it.

What does that means? I don't get it.

If you find the cheating chart then please post it, you have given me some hope of going to Japan, really thank you.

In case of standing tickets the admission number determines how early you can enter.

I'm guessing it means there's a number on the GA tickets, better numbers will get in earlier? I'm not really sure either.

Worst case scenario, http://www.viagogo.com/ should have (expensive) tickets and they deal with the US.

Any idea what is the layout? like the whole GA is the pit? Where are the SS and S seats?

I thought that I saw a seating chart...but I can't seem to find it now.

Kind of a bummer to me was this: In case of standing tickets the admission number determines how early you can enter.

I guess that means no lining up early to get up front?

Are these E Tickets? anyone can buy them or only people from Canada?

    @Amir

I have no idea to either of those questions.

However, I have talked to Alan from www.japanconcerttickets.com

    He says this:

There will be public preorder lottery between Aug 24-30 (results release on Sep 1).
If successful, the total prices (incl. ticketing fees, Paypal fees and our service fee) per ticket would be:

    TOKYO SHOWS
    VIP STANDING: JPY 40,000
    SS SEAT: JPY 22,500
    S SEAT: JPY 19,500

    Important notes:
    - Prices are calculated in Japanese Yen but charged in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$; at average exchange rate of the day of the invoice). You can use any currency to pay since Paypal converts it automatically.
    - The method of delivery for regular tickets is "pick-up at convenience store". This means that we send you an e-voucher (as .pdf file via email) which you can exchange for the tickets at any of the numerous Seven Eleven convenience stores, once you are in Japan (instructions will be provided). Seat numbers are fixed at the time of booking so it doesn't matter when exactly you pick-up the tickets. The e-vouchers expire after the event so it's possible to collect the tickets even on the day of the show.
    - In a lottery, tickets are not guaranteed but successful applications are chosen randomly if demand is higher than the available amount of tickets.
    - We don't charge anything if the lottery result is negative, or if you decide not to proceed after receiving the lottery result.
    - Note that we can't guarantee good seats/good admission numbers since seats are usually allocated automatically based on the time of the order (incl. earlier preorder sales). In case of standing tickets the admission number determines how early you can enter. We don't handle resale tickets.
    - If successful in the lottery/with the reservation, we would send you a Paypal invoice (credit cards accepted) which can be paid within 24 hours. If you prefer to receive it earlier because you are busy at the time of the result announcement, please let us know.
    - By proceeding, you accept our Ticket Service FAQ and Terms and Conditions (available on our website). Especially note that tickets/vouchers are non-refundable once they have been bought (even if the event is canceled).

Anyone able to share what if there would be enough tickets left for the general sale? I booked my flight tickets from Singapore the moment they announced the tour but it sucks that I cant get my hands on the concert ticket yet

This is the only site I've seen that has tickets for sale.

My source is: Opening the show with the Looney Tunes/Looney Toons theme, and at last night's show he said "it's a wonderful day in the neighborhood" as opposed to "it's a wonderful day in this neighborhood"

    Something's up!

Also see this image from the Chinese Democracy 'Red Hand' cover. Axl is either well into conspiracies or just likes playing with us ;)
