just got back from the show... was FUCKIN' NUTS! If you get the chance, you have to see this band!

Show was fantastic. Axl seemed in high spirits, joking around with everyone.

I think it was during Knockin' that some chick threw her panties on stage and Axl picked them up and joked that he didn't know whether they were some girls or if they were Ashba's. lol

Some fuckhead in front of me threw a drink at Ron during TWAT, Ron just smiled and waved his finger at them (think security took him out)

Show was fuckin' awesome. My highlight was Knockin`; Axl`s voice was freakin terrific.

Can`t wait for the Toronto show...

Just found this on youtube and i thought it was pretty cool. It seems that a dude used different programs and uploaded almost all of chinese democracy songs, without axl singing, exclusively only instrumental.

Its not a superb quality (at some parts you can still hear axl singing at a very low volume), but still its pretty cool.

You know, the thing about instrumentals... they don't have any vocals... and... these have vocals.

The guy just lowered the sound of the vocals on each song, and did a crappy job at that, as he distorts each song by doing that, except on "Sorry", where he turns the instruments down and the vocals up.

ITW better be the big summer single. Axl, good luck with this song, it's a classic.

Don't you think they should release ITW now then, because if SOD performs like Better did that is it for singles off this album. Releasing something new like ITW for the make or break single seems a better idea to me than a song that has essentially been in circulation for 8 years now.

I think SOD is the safest bet for a single because it sounds like old school GN'R. Regardless of it being in circulation. ITW is so different in its sound, despite its fantastic melodies, it may alienate many narrow-minded people out there.

Gotta be the most ignorant post of the day. I'm a huge fan of the new album, but I hate that song with a passion, does that make me narrow-minded? Keep in mind I like Shacker's Revenge and This I Love (the 2 songs that sound nothing like old Guns).

Naw, he was just sayin' that the general public would recognize that SOD is closer to the old Guns' sound than ITW is.

Is it me or does Axl's voice sound "raspier" in the radio version?

They are pretty raspy. I don't know, it could be the crappy quality of Youtube...

To me, it doesn't look fake. It makes sense, as it is a logical choice, but why release a new single when the video for Better isn't even out yet??
