    Slash seems to really like combing violent and romantic imagery.

    Apocalyptic...Love

    Not a fan of the title or the cover. Curious to hear the music though. I like Myles Kennedy's work,

    though I thought that his songs on the first solo album (back to cali and starlight) were fairly weak.

    Yeah, cus he came up with the name for both GN'R and VR :)

    Silkworms's an awesome rock song. patience is a pretty generic ballad.

    Music pretty much died for me in the 90s. There are bands I like, but none that I would never think about putting in my top 5 favorites.

    I feel sorry for you.

    I would choose Iron Maiden, but if its after GN'R... then Avenged Sevenfold maybe.

    Black Crowes... :thumbsup:..tremedously under appreciated band....incredible musicians....Saw them at the Boston HOB this tour and they played for 3 hours.........sad to see them go on hiatus and hope they get back together soon

    Every band goes on hiatus once in a while, some just don't announce it officially. What did ACDC do from 2002 till 2008?

    wrote and recorded an album..... granted that doesn't take 6 years

    but ac/dc always plays the same boring music...

    By listening too their music. Axls voice is what got me interested at first. Then I bought a live dvd and was blessed after that :)

    I remember I always tought they had 2 on vocals... especially from hearin Civil War and KOHD :lol:

    Oh lord, come on.

    He's there playing a solo show, not a Gn'R show. He can play whatever he sees fit. Nothing wrong with that. I don't think he gives a damn that Gn'R covered it ages ago.

    I agree with Del Norte.... It would almoust be like Bumblefoot or Asbha covering The Godfather. I don't need to say how much i support the current Guns N' Roses, but I get the feeling that he played it so some people can think "Oh hey, it's that song Duff used to play! this guy is alright!"

    What if they both covered 'anarchy in the uk'?

    If he covered 'believe in me' THAN it would weird. But it's Johnny thunders... :shrugs:
