Why do some people get so worked up over what someone else thinks about these songs? If you enjoy them, fine. If you don't, fine. Damn.

For the sake of the forum mods, try to not ask for a hookup on the board, dude. Just PM someone who has obviously heard the track and I'm sure they can help you.

This way it seperates a lot of the garbage from legit posts and saves everyone a headache if the site gets pinned for allowing "pirated" content.

Big ups for the lyrics post. After listening to this song with the lyrics, it's just that much more badass.

I really look forward to hearing a proplerly recorded version of this song - - just unbelievable. At this point I'd say it's one the best songs I've heard from Axl, but it might just be because it's new - we'll see what everyone thinks in a few weeks!

If they were final tracks, which I think even has assumed they aren't - - well, in that case I'd feel bad for Axl. Seeing as they're demos, it's just a nice treat - no one is losing any money.

Plus, Axl better get some fucking killer touring in if he expects to even get CLOSE to getting a return on that 13 million investment. That's insane, really.

This album better make my head asplode when I hear it, or Axl and Geffen/Interscope wasted a shitload of money.

Thought I would add a little on this topic - I live in China.

Here in Kunming you can buy any G n' R CD at the markets - pirated, of course, but they're still available and are one of the more popular bands right now amongst teenagers who like rock music. In China, go back about 10-15 years and that's the kind of American music that's popular in China right now.

As for Chinese democracy being available legit, I would have to definitely say NO WAY. But, that being said, the black market totally undermines any control on content by the Communist Party - their own economic reforms are bringing about their downfall - it's just a matter of time.

So, I either have to get a friend to sneak it into China for me (maybe they won't understand the English?) or go for it at the black market, but I really wouldn't want to do that.

Any others here in China?

I think by this time next year, we may have one or two little minimal nuggets of information, or music to choke on... there will be no album. I was optimistic for a long time, and it seems as if everytime there is one step forwards, there are three steps backwards.

I hope nothing like this happens. These tracks are really nice, and we have waited TOO long...couldn't there be a single or SOMETHING to tide us over?
