  1. The shooting down of the reunion rumours doesn't bother me, they were extremely unlikely anyway. What does bother me, is the possibility of rifts in the VR camp. If that's true, whether you want Slash back in GnR or not is irrelevant because Slash wont be in any band at all... then everybody loses.

Wrong. If Slash doesn't come back to GNR and VR breaks up, I wont be losing any sleep over it. He left 10 fucking years ago. who cares.

I want you to know you that if I were an admin I would already have you banned :fuckyou:

Isn't funny that this was posted on April Fools Day?

Why because he enjoys the new band and sees how they fucking kick ass and rock the shit out of the old band. You need to stop living in the past :fuckyou:. Why do yyou want slash back so much fink rocks he does amazing solos and GNR DOES NOT NEED SLASH GET OVER IT :fuckyou:

Dont get me wrong...Robin is a hell of a guitar player, but if they're going to continue to play songs like November Rain...and hopefully add ESTRANGED and Dont Cry to the set...Mr. Finck has no business playing those solos. I was front row for GNR in '02, and my only complaint throughout the entire show was Robin butchering the November Rain solo. Only the man in the Top Hat should be playing that one.

  2. The Dj on 98rock, Pat Martin, said that he heard a song that was leaked on the internet yesterday. He also said he was gonna try to play it in the next couple days. I called in and asked what the name of the track was but he didnt know. So i asked if it sounded like irs(i sang it), well he said it started out with a drum machine and axl singing softly(maybe Better?). He said that it sounded just like the old axl and that he really liked the melody and the guitar work! I was stoked when i heard this! Do you guys think it is Better, because IRS doesnt have a drum machine does it?

IRS does have a pretty generic drum beat. I wouldnt be suprised if it were a machine. Great song, though.

  3. alright, thanks for the info. I've got the old demos and never noticed it before hearing the new version. You are probably right that it is not Slash. But who ever it is, sure does sound like him. And that is a good thing.

Slash is capable of playing a solo like this one, but it's certainly Buckethead doing so in this case. I've been a fan of his since way before he was even in Guns, and I'd know his shredding anywhere.
