i've been told i can't unless i have a place to stay
but i'll be there, no matter what!!
Im stopping at camac valley campsite (they have a website) about 5-8miles from city centre. they still have vacancies i think, only 6 euro a night.

Any idea when the show will finish? If I go, the plane home would depart at 11:50pm. Also, Aiken says the doors open at 4PM, but ticketmaster says 3PM, which one is it?
well the council say it must end by 11 but we all know what happened at leeds
if u don't know what happened axl ranted how he was staying on, fuck the council etc.

You are so lucky. I really,really wanted to see them at the Download Festival but the camping tickets had sold out. IM SO PISSED OFF I COULD SCREAM!!!!!!!!AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRR! Send me some photos though yeah?

hey i live in scotland and my tickets came through this morning reason i made new post is because i seen lotta people worried about not getting there's yet and when they will arrive and incase people didnt wanna read through 11 pages in the Dublin section!! so just to let you guys know they must be getting sent out now!

although does say no moshing or crowd surfing haha

p.s ryan air are doing return flights for £35 from scotland arrive on thursday leave on the saturday!

I wouldnt bother. Just force your way to the front past all the peeps just before gnr come on. Thats what me & my mate did for iron maiden at leeds festival. I know 'pushing' past ppl isnt the best way but it saves waiting around for 10 hours before gnr come on!

I dont know how long we will have to que either but I'll wait as long as it takes.
We have to wait infront of an empty stage then we have to wait for all the mediocre bands before Axl appears. Totally worth it though
CANT WAIT!
The stage will be never empty as gnr are the headline act + so the last act on on the sunday so the stage area will be rammed from when the first acts of the day come on and get more full as the better bands come on. It will only be empty when they open the arena area at say 11am.

We were going to stay at a hostel but we r camping now!!! 10euro's each night which isnt bad (about £6.50). http://www.camacvalley.com

(Also try trip advisor/review centre also) there is loads in city centre but some r better than others so watch out!)

if its like maiden the first couple of thousand get a wrist band for the pit at every gig ive been too in the rds this has been the case so im thinkin its gona be the same for gnr but i guess wee wont know until the day

is there going to be pit passes or will it just be all one huge standing area, cus if it im just gona push to the front regardless of what time im there, but i still want to be there early anyway
I dont think any 'pit pass' or 'gold circle' passses will be issued. I think it will just be 1 big free for all standing area.
