Do we have any other examples of bands this size doing individual litho's and seeing how they are valued years after?

    Pearl jam

    Jack white

    The Black keys

    Phish

    Dave Matthews Band

Thats just a few bands that have huge gig poster followers ... As far as value in my opinion  id say it has more to do with the artist than anything. Those bands usually have a different artist each show and some of these artist (Tyler Stout, Chuck Sperry, Ken Taylor) have pretty big fan bases that'll buy the prints just for the art. I'm so excited that gnr is creating gig posters for their shows and fans are excited for them ... One thing I'd like to see though is more artist just for variety and different takes.

Will be interesting to see if we get Mickey Mouse or anything Disney related for Orlando.....not sure Disney would grant them licensing but would be cool if they did.  If not, my best guess would be something related to orange/citrus or Alligators.

Yeah I would think Orlando would be theme park themed and New Orleans Mardi Gras/ voo-doo

  3. It's made by hatch show print, which is an old and famous print shop in Nashville. It's a letterpress which is a process that has its limitations but it's a very hands on technique using inks and wooden blocks to print. They have their unique appeal and  following of collectors so getting a gnr hatch print yesterday was just icing on the cake. Google hatch show print, tons of history and lookup gig posters by them also.

  4. DJ played ballad of death not mi amor!

You are correct sir, after doing further research I can confirm he played Ballad of Death in Atlanta. However, it appears that he did in fact play Mi Amor in Houston from what I'm seeing online. Can anyone confirm?

He played Mi Amor in Atlanta. He played Ballad of Death in Greenville Monday probably because of Halloween.
