  1. i've only been playing a year. no lessons. sweet child was the first solo i learned.that's exactly what i'd do. record myself playing along with that. then i got better and started writing my own stuff. i wrote this song and improv-ed the solo's. then i had to go back and learn them and make the second one workable for one guitar. first one on the playlist. Try to Love Me

Your band sounds pretty good, man. Nice job. rock3

    thanks, dude

  2. was hangin' out at Toys R Us and like my bro totally saw these little johnny lightning cars that were like, guns n roses. one was an appetite one, and the other a use your illusion one. there're really cool. one's a '77 oldsmobile delta 88 and the other's a '71 chevy vega. really cool. couldn't find them on amazon

  3. i picked up some 10 watt speakers at a garage ssale for $3. you pump a 120 watt crate into them at 1 1/2 and it fuzzes everything up. the crate's nice and crisp, and all the speakers put out is differently pitched fuzz. it balances out perfect. best sound ever.

  4. Hey I thought you guys really rocked. Just wondering though, how many guitar parts are there? it seems like there is a a lot of stuff going on in the beginning. Good work though.

eh 1 guitar at the beggining. until the chorus. then two for the rest of the song. untill the last solo. four guitars. (we'd use three live)

  5. the only thing you have to do man is to just sit down and let your self get motivated. like if you keep thinking about a girl, and you think enough, you can pretty easy right a love song about her or for her. if if you got into a car accident, you can sit down and just kinda mediate about that till some i deas and good lines come around. all my songs are like awesome cause they're motivated. you can't force it out man. you gotta lust let it flow.

like i've got a sweet acustic part in a song, and i got it overdriven in the chorus, but the same is too repetitive. so we got full keyboards and a diff harmony powerchords on guitar. and a bass part off lead (me) and then you have a sweet singing melody line. not to mention a guitar solo improved on top of the last chorus wrapping sweetly around the singing
