O my god !!! it's orrible !!!

since like 89 it seems everyone is AFRAID of Axl...doesnt he have anyone in his life to speak the truth to him.....someone to just tell him straight up to get off his ass and release the album..someone to tell him to put bad blood aside and make friends with the old band......Everyone is so intimidated by him..Including his record label which doesnt let out a peep...Including the members of the "new band" who are just along for the ride and god forbid they say anything.....Including the "old band" who never had the balls to say anything to him, when he would show up late to concerts or walk off stage or be on an ego trip, or be trying to dictate how the writing should go, nobody ever challenged Axl face to face, instead they just drank themselves into a stupor.............and his so called "friends" like Bach would never say anything because he just wants to party like its 1986 again and god forbid he bring it up cuz Axl would have a meltdown........And if Del James says anything Axl would never give him that interview hes been promising.......I think Izzy might be the only guy who would have the balls to say something to his face.......Axl needs someone he trusts to challenge him and I bet he would respond

i'd like write axl and ask him to let everybody that stays around him because they're only interested to use him for their popolarity.. see at everin see at stephanie see bach.. and all new g'n'r s members.

Axl has money, fame, but sometime i think that axl dosen't recognize true friends and the opportunists that stay around him..

this makes me feel sad.

Yesterday I played my first proper gig, it was at a party being held to raise awareness for amnesty international. My band played two songs, Pantera's Walk and Sweet Child O' Mine. Walk went down pretty badly, mainly cos most of the audience wasn't into it, our singer was pretty shite at it and used like ten different voices (not knowing whether or not to sound like Alexi Laiho or Kate Bush.) However I handled sweet child o mine on lead guitar and vocals, one of my strings was waay outta tune when i started to play the intro so i had to stop and tune up but everyone was great about it (the feeling was shit though), and when i got it right and felt the drums n bass kick in, it gave chills rock1. I nailed the solo, or at least everyone said i did lol you're kind of in your own little world when you're out there. anyways it's being put on DVD so y'all should be able to see it soon

Meh. This doesn't feel like 'GNR' to me. There's only one member from the original band. It has more of an Axl Rose solo feel.

you know what it is to me that makes it not feel like Gn'R?

you watch all the old band videos, and it is mostly dark colors on a dark stage.. everything looked dirty and bad-ass...

you watch the new band in action... and there are bright colors everywhere on a polished, shiny stage. Buckethead's raincoat... his bucket... Tommy wearing some ridiculous get-up... the whole stage being bright, flashy lights and things... Axl's large clothing... it's the brightness that gets me...

So it's more of a visual setback than an audible one, though there definitely is a huge difference there, too.

i was 16 when i see first time gnr on MTV... now i'm 30 and

it's from 1992, (when gnr came in my city, Torino) that i hope the original gnr will return in my city.
