4 years with nothing... not a single word, everybody including me getting bored with RIR and 2002 bootlegs... listening to live era and Tokio 92.... i still remember those threads where people were asking if Axl still had the braids... now we have them LIVE almost every single night!!!!!! with new strength, with a better Axls voice, with a better Finck, and with a couple of new songs that we only heard through the leaks... come on guys... this is a dream!!!!!! months ago i would have give the half of my soul just to listen to one new song... or listen november rain again... now we have it. This shows are only WARM UP!! the better is to come... wait for RIR, for Germany, for Spain.... Axl told about a tour at USA at the end... probably with CD on the stores... lets be patient and enjoy what we have now.

Rock music is dead. The true rock legends e.g GNR, Iron Maiden, ACDC, Led Zeppelin have all either broke up or coming to an end in their careers. Why isnt there any upcoming real rock bands anymore? I mean for goodness sake the newest band that came close to being a real rock band were The Darkness. They were just a bloody joke! They had the style, (or at least they tried to have the style) but their songs were rubbish.
The bands today, no disrespect, but Muse, Ash, Foo Fighters- they are good bands and all but they wont be remembered as true rock legends.
Its about time that there was a new real rock band like GNR, because as i say, todays music isnt at the standard that it should be.
Sorry this should prob be in AG but ive just wrote it all and cant be bothered so move it if you must.
great and true post man. I agree with you. most of myfavorite bands, some of those you mension, are dead.
