the way i see it is, the people on this board are fans of the new lineup, otherwise theyre really wasting their time here

people arent complaining that theyre touring, theyre just worried about the band and the fact that they might be playing to low attendances because theyre playing predominantly old material with a lineup that, excluding axl and dizzy, didnt write any of the old songs. Whilst thats ok for us lot, its not for your fair weather GNR fan, they need something to motivate them to see GNR with a new lineup. Lets stop bickering, we all want the best for the band, whether we be European, American or whatever

fingers crossed for CD to be released in september and then hopefully there will be no need to worry

maybe the momentum of the european tour can carry them through as well, and surely the excellent Hammerstein shows will help ticket sales?

I don't think it's very funny the way everybody makes fun of Pitman. He created the GNR signature sound with Silkworms. I like him alot better than that guy with the funny hair that used to be in the band.

i totally agree man, pitman's pretty much the only reason why i have any faith in the new lineup, hes just so much more than any of the rest of the band could ever be

sometimes i wonder if they even need a vocalist with a man of pitman's undeniable talent on keys/effects

well for a supergroup you need a band made solely of superstars, and as far as i can see the only two big names are axl and pitman so you have to say no
