i CAME BACK YESTERDAY FROM EL EJIDO SO TIRED.BUT IT WAS WORTH IT.

I COULD BE IN THE FIRST ROW IN BETWEN AXL AND FORTUS SO I WAS SO HAPPY.

I WAS IN MADRID BEFORE AND IT WAS PRETTY MUCH THE SAME SHOW,I ENJOYED IT A LOT,BUT HERE IT WAS LIKE ,LITTLE MORE ENERGY,AXL WAS VERY HAPPY AND MAYBE THATS MY APPRECIATION JUST BECAUSE I SAW IT IN FRONT,BUT ANYWAY WAS A GREAT CONCERT AND ONE OF THE BEST TIMES IN MY LIFE.

THE SETLIST(MAYBE NOT IN ORDER): JUNGLE,EASY,LIVE AND LET DIE, BETTER,SWEET CHILD, OUT TO GET ME ,KOHD,U COULD BE MINE,THE BLUES,MY MICHELLE,NOV.RAIN.THEN THE SURPRISE,EVEN IF I NEW THAT IZZY GO ONSTAGE SOMETIMES I DIDIN´T EXPECT IT TO HAPPEN ,BUT HE DID.HE PLAYED SOME BLUES SONG I DO NOT KNOW,THINK ABOUT YOU AND STAY UNTIL THE END WITHOUT MADAGASCAR,OF COURSE.tHEN IT CAME NIGHTRAIN,PATIENCE AND ON THE ENCORE MADAGASCAR AND PARADISE CITY.

tHE RAIN OF CONFETTI WAS FUN THERE...

O.K. AND THEN FOR ALL THE PEOPLE THAT HAS BEEN SAYING THAT AXL WAS FAT:WHY DON´T YOU GIVE ME A BREAK????? HE IS SO GOOD LOOKING THAT I COULD´NT BELIEVE IT EVEN IF HAD SEEN MANY PICTURES BEFORE,I CAN SAY THAT I WAS SO GLAD TO BE CLOSE .IT WAS A DREAM AFTER SO MANY YEARS.

ON LAST THING.EVERYTIME I HEAR FORTUS (sorry,i mean robin) I THINK HE IS WORST.SORRY BUT IS NOT ABOUT THAT SLASH THING ANYMORE,IS JUST THAT I DO NOT LIKE HIM.

O.K.

I HOPE I CAN CATCH THEM AGAIN.

Hi all, as I´ve said in other posts GNR are playing in my hometown, well not exactly, in a village next to the town. Anyways, I´m fucking happy to have them playing in Almeria. I can´t still believe it!!!!

I hope the audience receives them well and I´m sure we´ll have a good time tomorrow night.... just...the concert starts at midnight, I hope uncle Axl doesn´t delay much.. .

I´ll come and tell you it all. I´ll post the pics if I can take any.

I would just wish that will not be so much people .I have never been in a festival and i don´t want to see the other bands,just GN´R.

I was in Madrid and it was great,but i would like to be little closer tomorrow....

el concierto fue muy bueno y personalmente lo pase muy bien.salieron con retraso,pero no se,a dia de hoy yo recuerdo el concierto,no eso.

Hi!! just wondering about what time should gn´r playing at el ejido in spain and if somebldy is going.

El Ejido´s mayor , Juan Enciso, and the manager of the producing music company " Music Frog", José Rial,

will present today ( may 25 2006) the first edition of the festival that will have the participation of bands like

GNR, Pretenders or Placebo.

The village will shelter this musical event on July 14 and 15 and, among others, will have the participation of

Deftones, Ladytron, Sexy sadie, Marlango, Los Planetas and Soulfly.

The event will take place in El Ejido, opposite to Guardias Viejas Castle and this festival was born with a

vocation of continuity in previous years. The official presentation will take place today at 11 A.M. in Ejido´s

city council.

This village of the city of Almeria has also been chosen by The Rolling Stones to offer one of their concerts

of their European tour "A bigger bang " which will be on August 16 in Santo Domingo Stadium

Yo tambien he oido lo de El Ejido, pero no hay nada confirmado. Soy de Almeria y estoy intentando averiguar algo, pero de momento aqui nadie sabe nada. Ojala sea cierto y no un estupido rumor!!

en la camiseta que compre de los guns viene detras.y en la pagina del natural festival del ejido tambien.Pone que será en los terrenos de alrededor del castillo de guardias viejas.has visto algun festival ahi??

it is not easy to comment this show.I can say that personally i´m a die-hard from the beginning and could´nt been happier anywhere on earth that i was at the concert ,after so many years.

For me it was great ,my higher moments where at nightrain and out to get me,but it was many more.No roquet queen that is my fav,but o.k. Axl can not sing evererything everyday.He was in very good shape,good singing and mood.Same clothes than in N.Y. and same set list more or less.

I FUCKING LOVED IT.But i must understand also some of the critics about delaying and stuff.

I can take it but it does not mean that i liket it .I was anxious to see them and i hade calculated do not need to take a pee in 2 hours

About the new musiciasn i felt that many people was unfair with them.Of course they are not slash,but we knew that when we went to the concert.I had some friend that liked rock but was not pretty pretty much into Gnr,and he thought that musicians were great.And they probably are,and we will always miss slash touch in our hearts,but hey,i can also enjoy a concert,i heard that music and axl was there,if they can not play together anymore would people prefear don´t see them live anymore??Not me anyway.

I think that Fortus was the best .And i should agree about the solos.Is not about this show,i have never liked solos,for me they break the timing of a concert.I can say that i like much more gnr concert at the apppetite time than at the illusions time.Or for exemple,motley crue concert in madrid last year,but like i say again.i loved the concert,is just that i want to share my impressions.

About new music ,i personally new it and enjoy it,the blues,magascar and I.R.S. specially.People was cold there,not cold,but of course is not the same when they can not sing along.It was a very good feeling for me when people around looked at me and speak with each other like saying,how can she sing that songs???

I should say something about the spanish critics in the media.I am spanish myself and i have always hated them from the begining.If they can not inform about hard rock concerts or events they don´t do it and if they have to do it,they understand a shit about all of this and they do it wrong .Spanish media are very conservative,like many other things.I never take a look to any spanish newspapper on this matters,they can just speak on their fucking spanish pop and they have not cultural knowlegde,not only musical or do not want to have it.They should GET IN THE RING with me.

To finnish with this i should have a word also to the taxi services at the capital of Spain.My impression is that they would`nt pick up the people who was coming out from the concert.Again the conservative ideas .

But o.k. i can forget the rest and will remember just my second guns n´roses concert.

I will be going tomorrow to ckeck it out because i´m in alicante today.anyway you can keep me updated if you go today and is the right place.

To all the Spanish fans… look out this Wednesday… tickets are on sale (supposedly) and the Spanish audience is so unpredictable… it’s possible that we could find tickets the same day of the concert, but it’s also possible a completely sold out in question of hours. I’m going to say some things in Spanish to "specify the logistics intervention concerning this stuff".

...Para esos fans españoles de moda… al loro este miércoles que las entradas se ponen a la venta (eso dijo la promotora Gamerco cuando anunció el concierto). El público español, el mismo que con su desinterés provocó por ejemplo la suspensión del concierto de los Sex Pistols en 1996 en Aqualung, es tan estúpido e imprevisible que pueden aparecer 15.000 hijos de puta de la nada que compren las entradas en horas, y los que venimos al foro día tras día (November, By Ref, Axlfuck y algunos más) nos tendríamos que sorber los mocos y mendigar o matar por una entrada. Al loro. Si están en servicaixa o en la fnac ese mismo día publicaré un anuncio en cuanto las tenga.

Anybody knows something about the "supposed"concert in Madrid on May 28? I´d like to go and can´t find any confirmation nor any ticket sales anywhere

I have read that it is confirmed and will be at Auditorio Juan Carlos I. No tickets on sale yet.
