Is this a new clip or the same clip that has been around since last year?

I never knew Axl had a parrot.
Yeah, it's called Jarmo.
HAHAHA. Best post I've seen in a very long time!

How have I never seen this? My favourite Australian band with my favourite band, playing my favourite Angels tune. Doc Neeson was one of the greatest frontmen of all time, in my eyes.

Good to see the Bunnies get up. It was a pretty piss poor game though.
I didn't think the game was too bad. Better than some Grand Finals in recent memory. The Dogs were still right in the game with about 15 min. to go. Props to Sam Burgess for playing the entire game with a fractured cheekbone.
And I was pretty disappointed with the Slash performance. Not his fault. Would've been better with the whole band.
The first half was really scrappy. A lot of drop ball and bad tackles. Souths 5th tackle options were really disappointing. The second half picked up a bit. All the Burgess boys had a blinder. The Dogs done very well to keep the score so tight for most of the game.
I am a Newcastle supporter, so I lost interest in the comp by about round 6. haha.

For me, Locomotive is a pain in the arse to play on drums. The timing is a little weird during the chorus… Keep in mind, I am not the most talented drummer in the universe either. I can play it, but it is "uncomfortable".

Well, that is Robin's legal name (Robert John Finck).
Is it really? I've never heard that before.
-
Just finished watching the Blu Ray. That sound is incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Without going through 303 pages, has the "Robert John Finck" thing been brought up?
Nah man, what's that?
A man is listed in the "Written By" credits for a number of CD songs as "Robert John Finck". Is it meant to be Robin?

Isn't there some new photo of Axl on a roller coaster or something floating around somewhere?

GN'R - Axl, Dizzy, Chris, Robin, Bumble, Frank, DJ, Tommy, Richard
VR - Slash, Duff, Matt.
I never got to see the latter 3 play with Guns. I asked my mum throughout the summer of 1992 if I could see Guns at Eastern Creek in 1993 but she just wouldn't let it happen. Granted I was only 8 years old so I can kind of see her point now but back in 92/93 I was well pissed off.

ASS-TRO-NOTS! haha. This was pretty funny.

REACHED THAT AGES AGO IMM SURE U ALL HAVE BUT I LIKE COMING HERE ITS LIKE CORINATION STREET OR HEARTBREAK HIGH ITS JUST A PART OF MY LIFE MAN BUT TOO ANSWER THE QUESTION WHEN DID I LOSE FAITH OROBLY 2012 MAN
you know Heartbreak High ? I'm impressed. That was one of the best aussie shows ever.
Yeah it was! I used to watch it after The Ferals. Good ol' ABC.
I have never said "Fuck this Band" but I did become rather pissed off during the RIR2011 thing. I saw that as a bit of a letdown. Even though I was stoked they threw Estranged back in the setlist, I was just so disappointed by the performance. Since watching that gig live streamed, I have been to 3 GN'R shows and have no ill feelings towards the band at all anymore.

This happened for me after the 2nd Snakepit album. Outdated, boring, hanging on to the sound of the 1980's style of music was just getting boring for me.
Then Velvet Revolver came along and blew me away with "Contraband". I was a huge Slash fan again, although I think Scott gave that band the modern feel to it. If Slash and Duff has recruited someone like Baz, I think the sound would have been pretty close to Snakepit. Alas it was short-lived as I lost interest when they released "Libertad".
Pretty mush everything I have heard since Contraband has been mediocre at best. I have grown to appreciate Libertad but the solo thing with Myles Kennedy bores me to shit. -
I think Frank and Matt are the most suited drummers GN'R has ever had. Most talented? No. Brain would be the most talented. Least talented and entertaining would definitely go to Adler. Now, I am not saying he is NOT talented, I am just saying out of the 4 main drummers GN'R has had, Steven is, in my opinion, the least talented.

The only thing for me that comes close to CD is Serj Tankian's "Elect the Dead". It's probably nothing like Chinese Democracy but it has the same feel to a certain degree. Even Serj's "Imperfect Harmonies" has a CD feel to it.
Side note: Brain plays on all three of the albums.

Probably the best album of the 80s after Thriller.
Rush's "Moving Pictures" is pretty hard to beat.

Probably. Although, by now I guess most of the video/audio would have been converted to digital.
