I was given the option to either, get the tickets mailed to me, printed off of my computer or to pick them up. I picked get mailed to me. They then, gave me the message via email yesterday that I would have to now pick them up. I am not making this an issue of G'N'R and putting blame on them. If they don't show up for the concert, then it is their issue, this is an issue relating to the title of the thread, tickets.com is a piece of shit.

Hmmm, I wonder if those who got them shipped are from the States.

There was really only two options for tickets, GNR.com/Tickets.com or buying them from the Everett Events Center website. No ticketmaster at all. There were only two shows that had this (using Tickets.com as the main source for ticket sales) Everett and Portland. Now why can't they have sent out the tickets. I don't know how many people are seeing the show in Everett that are from Canada, but if I go over there and find out that I can't use my tickets just because my mother bought the tickets, even though the adress to send the tickets is under my name, I will absolutely freak out. Yes I will bring my mothers credit card (I am 17 just like JC), conformation paper and proper I.D. But why should I have to do this in the first place, they charged me 4.50 to pay for the tickets to be mailed to me, along with 11.50 in conveince charges. This is my first G'N'R show and I don't want it to be messed up because of a companies laziness to send out tickets.

Well I am from Victoria and going to this show, gonna be absolutely amazing. Can't wait!!

Did you get floor tickets or seats?

Nice Luongo Avatar, me and my buddies are gonna head off the island here and go to Everett for the gig there, might as well, cause they're not coming to Vancouver or Victoria any time soon.

I get the sound but the video is pretty much like static TV, as along as I hear the concert I dont care too much, but I would like to see the video.

Brilliant, honestly there is nothing like this that's out now. It has elements of the Beatles and Queen, just simply amazing. I'll be humming the chorus all day tommorow at school, just awesome stuff.
