  1. I think it's more correct to call November Rain Axl's baby than Estranged. Estranged is a whole lot heavier, but so is Coma, and perhaps Locomotive. Axl held on to NR for 6 years or so before it was released, it could have been on Appetite, but he didn't feel it was ready. It was his baby.

As for his use of the word "heavy". I think it's obvious that he means emotionally heavy, he has always used that term about complicated and deep songs.

  2. Oh my God! Thanks guys! With a few exceptions you were all completely unable to answer my question. Never mind my language, I just find her to be less loveable than you do, based on whatever interviews I have seen with her! "Uncalled for", whatever, just please answer my question!

Some of you have indicated, however, that you don't think a mentionable amount concerns her. I have a new question: What are the new songs about?

    The Blues?

    There Was A Time?

    Better?

    Catcher In The Rye?

    Madagascar?

    Chinese Democracy?

    I.R.S?

    Rhiad and the Bedouins?

  3. Which of the new songs do you guys think are directed at her? Even though a lot of the new lyrics are great, I think it would be stupid if there were several songs on the album that concerned that airhead!

  4. Buckethead was a freak! I have never seen such a crappy stagedisplay! Who in Gods name wants to see the robot dance during a GNR show? If you guys miss him you can probably catch him at the annual Star Trek Convention!

  5. Axl should keep Fortus and Stinson, I'm more concerned about the remaining lineup.

I don't think either Finck or Bumblefoot is worthy of being lead guitarist in Guns N Roses. Not because of Slash and my love for him, but because none of them have what it takes to play first string in GNR. The problem is that good guitarists don't just appear anymore, mostly because the entire bandindustry is dying.

  6. I think we all knew this stuff in the back of our heads, but it was good to get som theory on it.

I think, however, that the first myth was the reunion. If Axl had any myth to kill, that was it. And yeah, if Chinese Democracy "fails", everyone will reload the bitching.

  7. He does not use backing tapes. Axl always does little twists with the vocals here and there, sometimes he doesn't hit a note quite right, and sometimes he throws in a "fuckin'" or "bitch" or whatever. These things would not be on a tape.

  8. OK, I'm not sure whether or not you're getting my angle here. I'm not saying he is christian because of the cross, and all the other crucifixes. I'm saying he must feel something about it. Knowing his upbringing and general past with the religion, I don't think he would be careless about it.

  9. personally im a atheist. i don't really care about Axl's religion, he can wear a cross for any reason he wishes. it fits his image, shit, if it fit my image id wear one.

I'm sorry, but thats just shallow, and I don't think Axl is like that!

  10. So what you're saying is that Axl does believe there is a god, but he is not religious. You mean he recognizes God, but doesn't like or put faith in him?

I think you're underestimating Axl. It is just too stupid to wear heavy chains like that just for show, like some punk-ass 50 Cent!

  11. Axl has a very unique style right now, I think, so that doesn't really concern me. I think he actually is a religious guy, too. It would be stupid to wear a huge cross like that without really caring, and I just don't believe Axl is stupid in that capacity.

  12. It just doesn't sit right with me that Axl would wear it without having any real thoughts about the subject. I would love to hear a song that deals with the topic on Chinese Democracy.
