OK, i just reread the auction a few times over.. very confusing.. I hope this is for two tickets.. I will not pay 150 for one ticket.. can get one from my ticket guy for 100... I bid because yours was a good price for two.. If it is for one ticket, you will have to be a nice G&R fan, as I am, and take my bid off.. Hoping i was not incorrect and it is for two tickets.. You also say in the shipping instructinos that you will ship these out within 2-3 days after receiving payment, but then you say in your description of the tickets that you don't have them.. If it is for two tickets, great, i'll send payment right away.. if it is for one ticket, you can please take me off the bidding list, or we can take care of it through ebay. I will def. not be paying 150 for one ticket. That's 60 more then I can get one from my ticket person. I am a hard core Guns fan also for a long time.. Really looking forwrad to seeing them. If you read the auction it states that the number of tickets that are available were 4. Each were being sold at a starting price of 90 PER ticket. This is why it asked you to enter the ammount of tickets you wanted to bid on when placeing your bid. Furthermore, if you had any questions concerning the tickets questions should have been asked BEFORE you bid not after. Third, the reason I said that I didn't have the tickets was because when I put up this auction (like so many other people selling these tickets) I was waiting on them to be mailed to me. I not have them in my possession. Finally. your winning bid was for one ticket and one ticket only. Your message states that you read the auction a few times over this was AFTER the auction ended. It was your job to read it and ask questions BEFORE you bid. So if you;re trying to screw me out of the $150 that YOU bid on ONE ticket which was stated in the auction, then this is BS and Ebay will have to hear about this

Sorry if my last email came off the way it did. I have other tickets for the show that I was going to sell. I have 3 more for the 15th. I understand that the auction may have been a bit hard to read. Tell you what, since you are a loyal guns fan, I'll give you two tickets for the 15th and I'll auction off the remaining one I have on a different auction. Just send the payment for the winning bid and I'll send out two of them for you. I really don;t want to go through the hassle of going through Ebay with all of this bid retractions and what not. I have answered you four times already. I have tried to be paitent with you through the whole I thought I was bidding on two tickets deal. I have responded to each of your emails. Everyone who purchused tickets from me through other auctions, have paid already and they have already been shipped out, and already have their tickets. You told me you were sending payment 3 times already and still, no payment. I will give you one more day, or I'm just going to have a new auction. You sure are all over the place with your replies to me. Yest it said you were giving me till today and then you were relisting it and you didn't want to go through the headache of contacting ebay.. TODAY or whenever you wrote this one says you are still waiting and you don't want to have to go through the ebay stuff. Your first one said that I was not going to screw you out of 150 bucks its BS.. To tell you the truth, after reading your email yest, I am not going to deal with you. I don't trust sending you the money that I will get two tickets back.. I have written to you a few times requesting you write something that says exactly what you are sending me and you haven't.. So as per your previous email, you can relist them or do what you want. If you want to contact ebay, knock yourself out.. I have sent them copies of all our correspondences already. My high rating is still going to be high even with a negative feedback from you in which I will respond under negatively.

That is all i wanted from the beginning, to have it in writing what you were sending me. I am a very nice person and I feel bad to have caused you so much aggravation and time. It was not my intention at all please believe me. I am going right over to paypal to send you payment for these now. karen your story does not surprise me at all! Some thing ''similar" was gonna happen to me whe l was trying to get my tix.First , l ordered 2 tix in bettertix.com (l will never buy any tix from them) and l called them to knope if i was gonna get the tickets and they said yes.... but they called me two days after saying that the real price was $30 dollars more than the price that was on ther list.(for 3 days it was the price) so they asked me ironically ..do you still want the? l was so pissseddd aniways l said no...and l finally got my tix another seller. but yes you better be carefull next time.

You are right about me making a mistake with his auction. It is misleading and I thought it was for two. But you haven't seen the emails from him promising me to send two tickets and how he wouldn't screw another fan. I have about 7 of them.. Very clearly telling me what he was now going to send me.. I had contacted ebay about the error I made in the auction and they said it was a bit misleading and I didn't have to pay. But he was so nice and sincere with his emails, that I wantd to follow through and pay him since he was being so nice and was sending me the two I thought it was for. That is done on purpose and maliciously. That is my complaint more so.. I still hope to go, am trying to get another ticket. Ebay and paypal and the fraud department is researching this and we'll see what happens..

thanks guys.. And for the record, it is not a sob story. I have far too little free time to do that and too much class. It is the first time I got ripped off on ebay and I'm sure the last time too.. Was not looking for sympathy or a free ride or anything.. Just blowing off steam and warning people. I'm just so pissed off at him and myself for letting this happen. I love Guns and Roses, and I want to be at one of the shows.. that's it..

So I bought my guns and roses tickets on ebay from this piece of crap seller. [[[ PERSONNAL INFORMATION DELETED, this post explains why]]]. He first made it appear to be for two tickets, then when i won it was $150 for one ticket.. so i contacted him and first he was nasty, and then he got nice.. so he wrote to me and said that he would send me the two tickets for the price.. I have several emails stating this. I finally decided to trust him and uphold my part of the auction and sent him the money .. he mailed me ONE ticket and i emailed him and got this back..

Now I won't be going to the show with one ticket and am out $150.00.. I work hard for my money, and am so pissed beyond belief.. I reported him, but will I get my money back and i still have no tickets for me and my friend for the show on the 15th.. Planning on contacting the authorities in NJ and reporting him.. ALso going to small claims court to pursue this.. I won't let it drop till I get my money back.

If anybody can sell me one tix at face value, I can get my friend to buy that and I'll just use my $150.00 ticket and learn not to trust people. I have 200+ feedback from all buyers who bought from me and were happy.. he has a feedback of 24 from sellers only.. nobody is buying from him.. Bottom line is he took advantage of me and purposidly tricked me into paying him and he planned to do this all along. I really don't want to miss this show.. Have been a huge fan of Guns and Roses for so long.. Any other fan feel sorry for me and want to help me out.. I'm open to any help..
