So bummed, I was there tonight and a few rows from the stage. They really tried to play. The rain was awful. 

The Howard Stern Show YouTube account just posted Velvet Revolver performing slither from 2004. I think this is the first time the video for this has ever been released and the mix sounds great. 
 

Why are people acting like it is a negative reflection of GNR that slash is doing his thing with miles kennedy? Maynard James Kennan is in Tool, Pucifer, and A Perfect Circle. James Iha plays guitar for Smashing Pumpkins and A Perfect Circle. Mike Patton is in Dead Cross, Faith No More, and many other side projects. Dave Lombardo plays drums for Slayer, Dead Cross, Suicidal Tendencies, and The Misfits. It's not always a negative if you are doing more than one thing.

FYI - anyone that was thinking about going and doesn’t have tickets, prices just dropped on ticketmaster. They have 11th row on slash’s side for $105

I unfortunately can’t make tonight’s show at the last minute. I have a pair in section 109 row 11, seats 1 and 2 (slash’s side.) I originally paid $595 after fees but would sell for $450 if anyone on here is interested.  

I'm coming from New York for this show. Love the Deftones and GNR (obviously.) Can't wait!

Just throwing this out there - If anyone went to this show and has size medium shirts they'd want to sell or trade for a large please let me know!!

Thanks for the updates / videos! The few songs I heard sounded great. I wish they would play Japan more, I love being able to wake up in the US and listen to a live GNR show before work!!!

They are all pro filmed for the big screens on the sides of the stage. The black lines in the middle of the screen show the director what part of the full screen shot will fit in the rectangular monitors.

I went to the two shows in Vegas, the show in DC, and last night in Philly. I have to say, when I watch the shows that I don't go to at home on periscope the lack of changes in the set list is annoying. BUT... when I am at the actual concert, it doesn't bother me at all. The band is on fire now and the just get better and better each show. I wasn't a fan of Sorry on CD but it was cool to hear them play it live and i thought it sounded great. Also the crowd in the pit on slash's side was one of the friendliest / happiest crowds. I met some really cool people last night. What a fun show. I'm definitely going to both shows in NJ next weekend!!
