For a band like GN'R, music videos are just a promotional tool for the album. Even if sales of singles are a low priority for the band, they will still make music videos because it is part of the broader marketing strategy for making the public aware of your new material.

Even if there are only a few outlets for getting music videos seen in the US, that shouldn't be a reason not to do it. GN'R have a global appeal and there may be more opportunities to get the music videos on tv in other countries and they are an important market for the band. We also shouldn't forget the internet. If they make the video available online, it will help them attract a younger demographic who maybe haven't been exposed to GN'R before.

If any one has directtv/or dishnet...they have a music channel called fuse..they have dedicated rock and metal shows....they also have a chanell called cd right by the fuse channel....I can see vh1 classic playing the video to and doing a special....dont worry they will be seen...no doubt about it...

Its the wrong one ....DAMN THIS IS PISSING ME OFF....

I Live in northeast Pa and I was listening to the Radio Today...and heard knocking on heavens door but it was a different version....what was differnt was the second verse where he says momma put my guns n the ground...a backround voice (axl's) says how where they suppose to know.....and every line after that has the backround voice say something.....anyone know what ablum this is on or where I can get it.......Its Fu#$#3 driving me nuts......
