The box office is in Arena Square to the right of the main entrance.

I got a leaflet with my tickets that says if you're collecting tickets in person, then you should bring the following :

• The credit card the tickets were purchased with
  
• The reference number
  
• Photo Identification (Passport / driving license) that matches the name on the credit card
