BH was added to the 2nd version that is longer. Check out the solo from the 5 min mark on, its different. There is no shredding on the short one. You can tell its different styles. I think the shorter version of TWAT is from 99 before BH came into the band. Which means is Paul and not Richard on guiatar.

Lightening has struck twice; it’s now or never

The first time IRS leaked on the Eddie Trunk show a few years ago there was a lot of buzz surrounding it and gnr missed a huge opportunity to make a splash and release the album at that time. That passed and a lot of people said gnr would never get that back well they have and this time it’s even bigger. This time more than one station is playing the song and the buzz is getting crazier and crazier. The time is now. New gnr is getting heavy radio play for DEMOS; just think if these were the final versions? People are interesting in Axl again and GEFFEN has to use this to their advantage and not let this die out. If the rumors of gnr headlining the download festival and having a single on the DVC movie soundtrack. Everything is perfectly in place. A single in March, the album in April and the 2nd single for the DVC movie in May/June, then a tour. It’s all there for the taking. They just need to act now. I really hope someone from management is seeing the excitement on the boards and listening to the buzz on the radio. Chinese Democracy starts NOW!!

even though Trunk show IRS was static you can clearly tell that The new studio version of IRS is not the same as trunk show just listen to the guitar and speed and how axl is singing it. might the Chinnese Democracy Demo be out and some one has it. Its from the trunk cd. The kid that leaked the first version, fucked with the song. He made it faster and fucked with the sound. I could speed up this song if I used pro tools or something like that

I'm curious about what you people think.

The early days of Guns N' Roses - including the old members played such a huge part in Axl's life. Because of this, i'm sure he resents the way things turned out.

My question here is, would he ever write a song about the breakup of the band, or about his feelings towards the old members? I feel like that part of his life is too significant for him to ignore completely...

Anyway, assuming he did - Would it be a big 'fuck you' (Double Talkin' Jive style)? Would it have a slight tone of regret or a tinge of nostalgia (Yesterdays style)?

Any thoughts?

Being a big fan of Zack/Rage Against The Machine, I was very excited to hear this news and asked her some questions. She said she did not know any specifics, but both long awaited albums from Zack and Axl's new version of his band are set for an early summer release and that there will be a 1-2 page story on each singer talking about their albums. She said that Zack will be interviewed first sometime in the next few weeks, and Axl was going to be interviewed sometime in the middle of February. She said a photo shoot (Zack and Axl will be shot together) is scheduled for the end of February in Los Angeles but a photographer is still being negotiated on. She was and still is a huge music fan, so it was great to talk to her about some of the music out these days. Anyway, just thought this may be of interest to some of you on here. Can't wait to hear Zack's new album! And that Axl album may be an interesting listen too! Cheese!
