Funny how Brian May has had no problem sharing the info he knows about the project, even though according to this guy they had to sign all that shit. I definitely call this article into question. He starts off talking about how he has followed the band for a while, but the rest of the article makes him sound plain uneducated about the GN'R camp since the breakup.

The fact that he is addressed in "Get In The Ring" makes me question it even more. You can't tell me this guy doesn't hold a grudge after being called out in a song like that.

It says on gnrsource.com that "This I Love" could also be "The Blues" but I don't know what the source is. I don't take it too seriously since I've never heard anyone mention that, but it's an interesting thought.

Dave Dominguez confirmed the song title from the Chinese Democracy sessions. I think it will be on the album.

I'm glad to hear they're going to be releasing the album the right way. Promotion, a video, singles, etc. 2007 is the year.

They won't release it together, but if they come out around the same time I think GN'R is going to really blow VR out of the water. Obviously 13 years of anticipation helps them but either way I think it will be a very big victory for Axl.

Not the 13 year so much, the name Guns N' Roses, gives Axl the edge.

Well yeah the name helps but I don't think there is too much hype around Libertad but with headlines like "Chinese Democracy Finally Coming Out" will create a huge hype machine since everyone has waited so long.

Why does this mean there won't be a 2nd leg of the US tour? All it means is around March they will be in Asia...doesn't mean they won't play the US again, or add dates.

It wouldn't be that hard to do, just cut some old Axl video from the past in and green screen it.

But for some reason I always pictured Gn'R first video, showing incomplete body shots of various members (obviously mainly Axl) during the build up and then the final shot before the song really kicks in is Axl looks face on to the camera (In his glasses of course).

And The background is some sort of light blue swirly design - think of KISS' Pyscho Circus video.

For everyone saying it's lame, blah, blah, blah. I guarantee you if someone wrote out the plot for the Estranged video before you'd seen it, you'd be saying similar things, probably even worse. At the same time if you saw this video before reading the idea you'd probably all be in love with it.

I think that is a pretty cool idea, however if you think they would put the old band members in a video for a second you have to be nuts.

I'm in no way an "Axl wife" but they were called the most dangerous band in the world for a reason. They did what they wanted because that's what it's about for them.

for those who are first going to a GNR gig they dont know that you should have to take the next day off and prepare to party into the night, stupidist logic ive ever read.

I saw people with Slash shirts at the Worcester show. Of course they could have had them on under a jacket when they came in.

Chicago '92 for me. Damn what a set list. Coma, Estranged, Shannon Hoon on Don't Cry. I love every minute of it. Has some nice rants too, along with a tit cam at the beginning.
