  1. maybe he's not calling it chinese democracy because that was supposed to be the old band's new album. maybe he doesnt feel right calling it that without the same supporting cast. im sure he has a conscience. wasn't it said that they have "lost" material? potentially this is what we could get way down the line after its all said and done. I do think whatever he does release will be successful, true fans of music would buy it for just that, the music. no matter what its called or who its by. but as to when its released, all we need is a little patience.

  2. this could be the quiet before the storm. i know highly unlikely, but could he possibly release it on the 31st? i only know of one other album not released on a tuesday and that was 50 cent, but that was due to piracy. he would just barely have it out by the end of 2006, and people could bring in the new year with the"new" gnr and it's album.

  3. the new guy here again. i want to know if he could have done this, or if it has been done before considering iowa isn't anywhere as big as milwaukee and minneapolis is probably pretty equal if not a little bigger in size. could he have just postponed the rest of this part of the midwest and taken all those days to rest, do the west coast, and then came back and hit us up? i know he's got nashville coming up too so in terms of traveling it would make some kind of sense being reasonably close. that way he could be rested up for those shows, and have a chance for more ticket sales in these areas if the excuse of poor sales is the reason. for one thing, i do know it would be harder to reschedule at the bradley center, but there is another venue in the area which is a little smaller. i just want to see the damn band. i understand he is sick, as i am sick as well at the moment. but don't leave milwaukee high and dry.

  4. i had been checking up on here often, making sure all shows were going accordingly. But i still didn't have my hopes up, i guess if you expect the worst your never disappointed. anyways, some may think that it's because we are milwaukee, and our neighbor south, chicago, got played because it was sold out. well, yes we are milwaukee, and we are smart enough to not waste time buying tickets to a show that wasn't going to happen. plus its the chinese democracy tour with no album to back it up. ticket sales would have been higher here if we had an album to add more hype or if us savvy milwaukeans believed he'd show up. deep down i knew it, but then again, i really wanted to see axl play. i was not skeptical and bought tickets asap the morning they went on sale. but it is a shame that it's cancelled and not postponed or rescheduled. i dont believe they've ever played here before, but then again im a young gun so i wouldnt know anyways. i just hope it gets rescheduled. and i hope he doesn't get better soon. i hope he gets better NOW.
